It was bit difficult to find cuz the navigation was keep telling me the wrong direction. Finally got there the staff washers very friendly ! Lovely room spacious and cozy. Very warm too!! Highly recommend !!

First time using the hotel - late arrived at 10:40pm and reception was open and the bar also. Hotel parking secure behind a metal gate with code entry. Restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t have time to use, noticed there were at least 5-6 places to eat and drink adjacent to the hotels. Staff very helpful, beds really comfortable, shower was hot, very large smart TV and a kettle with coffee/tea. We’ll use it again.

Excellent ,clean room, great bfeakfast

It did the job but it's pretty basic. Serves a purpose, parking can accommodate a bunch of cars which is why we chose the venue. Probably would have preferred closer to Rouen.

Accueil sympathique , la situation de l'hotel est idéale, entouré de restaurants avec un réduction proposee grace au badge de l'hotel , la chambre était très propre et l'hotel très calme , le buffet petit déjeuner est suffisamment varié et copieux , il faudrait être très difficile pour ne pas trouver ce qu'il nous faut , nous reviendrons

Clean room, staff, good breakfast choice

Recently, the owner decided that rooms don't need to be cleaned daily if you stay more than one night. This is utterly disappointing and doesn't live up to the rest of the service.

We recently stayed for one night at Kyriad Rouen Sud, Val De Reuil and were genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, exactly what you want after a long day of travelling. Despite it being a short stay, everything felt well organised and relaxed. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good selection and everything fresh and well presented, an excellent start to the day. The location is also very convenient, making it an ideal stopover whether you’re travelling through the area or visiting nearby. Overall, a great stay. We would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Très fonctionnel, propre et accueil très agréable

Chaînes télé limitées, surface des chambres juste ce qu’il faut, pas la place pour mettre les sacs, salle de bain et toilette ensemble, pas possible d’être malade et de vouloir être propre ! On nous demande si on veut que la chambre soit faite pour 2 jours ? Sinon personnel agréable, réactif lorsqu’il manque quelque chose au petit dej, a réussi à me trouver une autre chambre à un autre étage, petit coin bar agréable. On ne peut pas demander la lune pour 79€ la nuit

Nice breakfast, great staff. Room basic. Clothing left by previous occupant and no hand soap.
