가족과 함께 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원분들이 친절하고 응대도 빨랐습니다. 첫날 난방이 약간 약했는데, 카운터에 말씀드리니 바로 고쳐주셔서 둘째 날에는 따뜻한 물로 샤워할 수 있었습니다. 특히 JJ 아저씨의 열정과 따뜻함 덕분에 호텔을 오갈 때마다 정말 환영받는 느낌이었습니다.

매우 추천해요. 방이 너무 크고, 매우 깨끗하고, 호텔 직원들이 너무 친절해요.

Suasana tenang, kamar bersih, disediakan tuk tuk untuk ke lokasi terdekat.

Suka banget sama hotel ini, luas, dekat kemana-mana, ada service tuk tuk pula.

Stayed 9days 8nights, excellent place to stay however there is nothing much nearby. Decent stay conditions. Bell Boy service was excellent, way better then the receptionist. Very e-gar to provide customer service. Deposit 2000 Bhat. No in-house restaurant, Never visit the swimming pool either. Daily house keeping. Tuk Tuk to nearest BTS from 10am-10pm.

Mình được upgrade hạng phòng, phòng tiện nghi, rất sạch sẽ, nhân viên lại vui vẻ lắm

ห้องสะอาด เตียง หมอน ผ้าปูดี หลับสบาย ไม่มีเสียงรบกวน เจอปัญหาเรื่องแอร์ไม่เย็นในห้องนอน พนง. จัดการเปลี่ยนห้องให้ทันที ประทับใจในการบริการ

awesome, boutique hotel with spacious room. clean and friendly, near to BTS station and shuttle by tuk tuk from morning till 10:30 pm helps a lot

Hotelnya bagus, rapi, tenang, cocok untuk keluarga, kamarnya besar. Untuk peralatan memasak memang dipinjamkan, Supermarket 5 mins walk ke arah Clinic Centre di ujung jalan (semacam foodhall). Ke go-ang and pratunam 15 mins walk. Ada shuttle yang ready antar ke central embassy, jadi bisa naik free shuttle ke central world or dekat platinum dari situ.

Friendly welcome with very nice room. Breakfast is ok but not excellent.

เตียงเสริมไม่ดีเลยคะ ใส้ใยฟูกหมดสภาพแล้ว เคยมาพักแล้วไม่ใช่เตียงแบบนี้ ไม่ตรงตามรูปภาพ ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนเตียงให้ บอกว่าหมดแล้ว ไม่มีการแก้ปัญหาให้คะ

This was my second stay at Arcadia Suites and once again I enjoyed my stay. It is located a 5-10 minute walk away from malls and the skytrain/MRT station and only an easy 15-20 minute walk from Bumrungrad Hospital. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need to feel at home.

Kamarnya nyaman tapi sayang kemana-mana susah cari taxi atau tuktuk karena harus jalan jauh dulu ke jalan besar dan akses kemana-mana macet semua dari hotel. Kalau untuk istirahat sih recommended tapi kalau mau jalan-jalan tidak recommended menginap di hotel ini.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, the only comment is the breakfast selection. Please adding more variety of choice :)
