전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel El Ganzo - Adults Only

Absolutely amazing service at this wonderful hotel! Every single staff member I encountered during my week at El Ganzo was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and cheerful! I've stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years; I've never experienced such gentle and genuine hospitality and professionalism. The original art throughout the hotel is inspiring, as are the amazing views. I was so happy that there were many quiet spots to relax. And I loved watching the fishermen get ready to head out for the day from my terrace. I hope to return to El Ganzo and will encourage others to visit as well!

My husband & I celebrated our 1 year anniversary at Hotel el Ganzo & had an absolutely fabulous stay! Lovely staff & atmosphere. The vibes of the hotel were top tier. I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the hustle & bustle of life!

El hotel muy bonito, cada que pasaba por el pasillo hacía el cuarto encontraba un arte, algo nuevo que observar. El personal amable, solo les falta un poco más de capacitación al Concierge. Música genial especial en la playa. Muy limpio. Por cierto, comida deliciosa. Muy exclusivo, tanto para turistas nacionales y extranjeros. Partes no tan buena. Hubo un problema con la regadera de mi cuarto y se fue el agua unos pocos segundos. Dos, el área donde está el hotel es en la marina, precioso. Sin embargo fui a un sushi con mi esposa el domingo alrededor de las 8.00 pm y regresaba gente de la marina pública que se encuentra cerca y aunque es una distancia relativamente cerca, grupos de borrachos piropeaban a mi esposa y otra persona de otro grupo me insultó cantándome una pelea. Parecían tomados. Dentro de las instalaciones perfecto, no me sentí inseguro ninguna vez. Otra cosa, la elíptica del gym se resbalaba la correa a resistencia alta, sugiero mantenimiento.

Una estancia que parecía muy agradable terminó en una nota pésima de hostigamiento por parte de la gerente del Hotel Marbel. Como No tiene buen control sobre su proceso de checkin no sabían que me habían dado permiso de salir 30 min más tarde. Me mandó hasta seguridad por mi!!!!!! A las 12:15 - es increíble este tipo de cosas. Me marcaban a la habitación y mandaron dos personas a mi habitación. Un acoso total bajo la excusa de que es su proceso. Sin siquiera disculparse ni reconocer el maltrato y mal rato que me hicieron pasar llamó a seguridad para que me vigilara en mi estancia en el hotel post checkout. El baño olía a cañería y no había agua caliente. Tampoco servía el A/C, aunque por la fecha con el ventilador fue suficiente. Algo que estuve dispuesta a dejar pasar porque el servicio del restaurante fue Espectacular y fueron los más amables. La cama estaba cómoda y todo parecía limpio. Muy mala nota de parte de quien administra el hotel, Marbel, con una actitud totalmente arrogante y con una cara de muy pocos amigos sin empatía alguna y diciéndome que yo tenía que recibir con felicidad y buen humor su mal trato! La estancia vale la pena por la gente del restaurante.

AMAZING! We came in a day pass and loved the vibe so much, we checked out of our other hotel to stay. It was our first choice anyway so we didn’t mind the loss (long story but worth the move). The pool was neat (too many phones in the pool if you ask me (you know, pool shots for IG) but great staff. Alan was great. Our preferred hangout was the beach. Note: the beach is public so NOT adults only. If you want true adults only, the rooftop pool or quiet pool are your options. Overall, amazing service, beautiful rooms, great food (the GUAC!), the vibe. We’ll be back!

Love this place!! Five star service (cookies delivered to the room every night at turndown), beautiful views from every room, amazing food, well kept grounds, great location on the marina, gorgeous private beach (to get there you take about a 30 second boat ride across the marina… open 10am to 6pm only- and are met with a bunch of loungers and big bed cabanas, soft sand and calm warm waters-76 degrees in June). We sat out on our patio every morning and looked out over the fishing boats and ocean beyond. The rooftop pool is outstanding (the views!!!), but my favorite was the “quiet pool”- a small more private spot to relax. The food at the hotel is truly terrific but there’s also several local options within a 10 minute walk (very safe!) or a 3 minute bike ride (hotel has bikes for your use). The Drunken Sailor has terrific food and great non alcoholic drink options like hibiscus lemonade, and coconut milk Horchata. The Spicy Tuna has terrific sushi and large portions (try the potato shrimp!), Rubas Bakery has incredible baked goods (croissants and banana bread were outstanding) and good coffee/tea. Want a massage? Go to the hotel spa or try local (just down the street) at Moonlight Spa (90 min massage = $76). Other things to note: Expect to pay $60 (plus tip) one way for a taxi or shuttle from the airport to the hotel and $15 (plus tip) one way to go into San Jose Del Cabo downtown (where you’ll find a myriad of dining and shopping options). Our stay was top notch!

Fabulous staff, beautiful finishes, VERY comfortable in all aspects. Location is a bit off the beaten path but for quiet, service, staff engagement, roof top pool and spa and views....can't be beat.

I stay here every time I cabo and this is the best location to downtown San Jose. the best rooftop bar and great staff! the food is also good and walkable to all other restaurants, bakeries , bars. beautiful beach !

Kind of freaking hotel. Not for everyone
