Close to the station, Matterhorn view, but little expensive. Clean and spacious room. 평점 4.9점을 받을 정도는 아닌것 같습니다.

Clean room, coffee, refrigerator. Although no clear view of Matterhorn due to construction, receptionist and other guest workers were very good. Especially, breakfast was fantastic for private guests.

마테호른뷰의 룸 정말 최고였어요. 침대에 누어 마테호른을 볼 수 있었다니.. 만족스러웠습니다. 서비스, 친절도 모두 최상급이었습니다.

Perfect service from the best staff members! It is very close to the Gornergrat railway station, and Zermatt main station. And also, the breakfast is very good, and the room is very clean and spacious. Thank you Hotel National! - 214

Dank des äusserst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal fühlten wir uns hier wirklich willkommen und konnten unseren Aufenthalt voll und ganz geniessen. Die Lage unmittelbar bei der Sunegga-Bahn und nahe beim Bahnhof und Ortszentrum ist perfekt. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist top.

We had an amazing stay! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful with any additional requests we had. After a long day of skiing, the spa facilities were a perfect way to relax and unwind. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were just as impressive. We will definitely be returning!

Great Hotel

Great price/performance ratio, definitely sray at the suite which has 2 floors and direct view of the Matterhorn!

Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en nergens eerder zulke lieve, klantgerichte medewerkers in een hotel meegemaakt. Verder een heel mooi hotel, met zwembad en goede voorzieningen. Heerlijk eten!

Lovely staff, extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is great as well. We’re having a great time even with the worst flooding in the last 10 years.

The sauna and pool are amazing. The breakfast was great. Everyone there was very friendly.

Outstanding amenities and staff.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder! Frischer Orangensaft beim Frühstück und eine große Auswahl, top! Wellness sehr schön, hervorzuheben ist die angenehm warme Wassertemperatur in allen Becken… Zimmer etwas älter und mit Teppichböden, hier könnte man eventuell etwas erneuern, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm.

everything is excellent in National Hotel, I love it

Sehr veraltete und verbrauchte Ausstattung. In meinem gebuchten Zimmer, war sehr vieles defekt und verbraucht. Übernachte schon sehr lange und immer wieder in Zermatt. Erlebte so etwas noch nie. Der Teppich sicherlich schon Jahrzehnte alt Das Frühstück ist mangelhaft. Das Personal ist sehr passiv. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption sind sehr schlecht ausgebildet, und sprechen kein Deutsch. Der Übernachtungspreis ist keineswegs gerechtfertigt.

Hotel National is a nice hotel, with authentic Swiss elements, but there are multiple reasons that we would not return. First, there are better options at a lower price point (we stayed in one earlier in the week). Second, depending on where your room is located, the sounds of the train can be a nuisance. Finally, there were very limited dinner options as part of the half board package that are not conducive to the varying tastes of individual family members. The front staff were very nice and helpful, but in our experience there were simply not enough positives to justify the expense.
