방은 거실과 키친 그리고 룸으로 나누어져있는 화이트톤의 크고 깔끔한 룸이어습니다. 킹신이즈베드 옆에는 붙박이장이 있고 안에 다리미와 금고 그리고 여분의 베게와 모포가 있었고 침대앞에는 벽걸이 TV가 있음 거실에도 TV와 2인용 아담한 소파 그리고 동그란 식탁이 하나 더 있음 주방에는 전자렌지 전기포트 토스트기와 와인오프너와 수저 등이 구비되어 있음 샤워부스안에는 샤워젤과 샴푸가 있고 세면대에는 비누와 헤어드라이어가 있음 단점은 무인으로 운영하다보니 주말 체크아웃 후에 짐보관 서비스가 되지않았고 캡슐커피의 캡슐이 불량이라 커피를 마실수 없었다는 것.

브뤼셀 남역(midi, 기차역)이랑 도보로 25~30분 정도 떨어진 위치라 걸어서는 무리가 있지만 지하철을 타면 10분내로 도착이 가능하다. 지하철 입구에서 횡단보도만 건너면 바로 숙소라 위치도 이만하면 괜찮고, 숙소 바로 앞에 까르푸 익스프레스가 있어 장을 보기도 너무 편하다. 리셉션데스크가 없는 독특한 구조라(이런 호텔은 처음이었다) 체크인 전 메일로 출입구 비밀번호 및 룸키 수령방법 등을 자세히 알려준다. 익스피디아를 통해 예약 시 별도의 시티택스를 지불해야 하는데 리셉션 데스크가 없다 보니 이 비용을 어떤식으로 지불해야 되는지에 대해 체크인전 메일로 주고받았는데 답변이 상당히 빨랐다. 체크인 시 시티택스 비용지불 방법도 상세히 나와있으니 걱정안해도 된다.(프린트물을 제공한다) 룸은 생각했던거 보다 훨씬 컸으며 주방시설도 상당히 깨끗했다. 일정을 몇일 더 늘리고 싶을 정도로 만족스런 숙소였다.

모든면에서 좋았지만 주말이라 청소를 안해주었다는것과 무인체크인인데 직원이 연락이 되지안았다는것빼고는 좋았다 인테리어와 분위기 있는 호텔

Very cozy and clean place, also the location is good not quite far away from the central. Easy to reach from Eurostar station and the flat is very near from metro station. Highly recommend!!

Nice apartment hotel. Would have like to have a chair in my room. Had to sit on the bed while using the computer for work. P

Good location. My room was not too clean and a lot pf spot, someones hair etc was around. AC didn’t work and the room was quite hot.

Accès facile au centre ville, en face du métro et bus . Plutôt spacieux et bien équipé avec lave vaisselle dans la cuisine, l'appartement est tout blanc, sols ,murs , plafond, mobilier, etc. Donc mériterait un rafraîchissement mais cela reste très correct contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire par ailleurs. L'absence de réception (humaine) n'est pas problématique. Mieux expliquer les instructions pour récupérer la carte magnétique dans une enveloppe .

Check in was easy and quick. Had a spacious room. We really enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay there again.

Minimalist furnished. Would like more personal touch even it’s a self checkin hotel.

El hotel en general es muy moderno y lindo. La habitación que nos tocó era super amplia, fresca y cómoda. Solo un par de cosas a tener en cuenta: no me llegaron instrucciones por mail directamente desde el hotel aclarando cómo era el check-in. No hay recepción, por lo que si llegás antes de la hora de ingreso, no tenés ni cómo ingresar ni dónde dejar las valijas. Por último, sería bueno que aclaren que el hotel no cuenta con servicio de habitación, por lo que no se limpia ni ordena durante la estadía. Por todo lo demás, la ubicación es buena, y es cómodo y moderno.

Odd having a bathroom with glass doors - seriously see though glass next to the bed Furniture was old, kitchen unit only had 1 pot and the single knife wasn’t sharp enough to cut bread Also disliked that someone entered our y it twice The first time right after we arrived and were changing the door opened and when we called out they immediately closed the door Second time we were out but noticed someone had come in - made us feel somewhat unsafe Area is loud due to excessive number of sirens from emergency vehicles

Walking distance of major attractions, clean, big room. Quiet.

Aparthotel com quarto grande e limpo. Dispõe de chaleira elétrica e microondas para as emergências. O auto check in funciona bastante bem. A localização é boa para quem quer conhecer o centro da cidade.

Great big room and high end building. Great VFM

A deep cleaning and disinfection is needed, especially on the couch and the floor. This place is recommended for 20yo kind of people who can sleep no matter how uncomfortable or noisy is the place they staying at. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows were thin as a paper sheet so I will need a session with a doctor to check my neck as I developed a severe pain on the neck after sleeping the first night. Also, to avoid if you want to be well rested. I haven’t able to sleep properly for 4 nights so my tiredness during my work week while traveling has been challenging. You can sleep in the street that the noise will be the same. And just to finish, they were holes in the towels and as you don’t have any service, well you get through the week with it.

Big and clean room. Didn’t receive an email with the password to enter the building, had to call them, the immediately sent it when I called. Unstable internet. Good price for Brussels.

An excellent hotel/apartment . I felt very comfortable staying there, and had everything I needed (with the exception of a first aid kit ) However , the surrounding areas felt unsafe . As I am a lone traveler this was a concern .
