Lobby, restautant 직원들의 친절이 으뜸이었음. 형식적인 친절이 아닌 따뜻한 맘이 담긴 친절이었고 호텔에서 연결해준 택시 서비스도 안전하고 기사도 친절하고 아주 좋았음.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights! The first day the service was exceptional in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On the 2nd day for dinner in the restaurant there was not enough staff and the service very poor! We will not stay at the crown plaza next time we will pick another hotel in kochi.

Excellent customer service, great team at reception, in the restaurant and from the door porters. Housekeeping kept the room in amazing condition for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was superb coupled with friendly and attentive staff.

We stay here regularly when we travel and absolutely love the experience every time.

Amazing, fantastic service and amazing hotel with vegan options. The only minor thing was we entered and found the bath math to have a stain on it, but they apologized and got it replaced.
