La camera era al piano terra, all'altezza della vasca esterna del centro benessere per cui bisognava stare per forza con le tapparelle chiuse per non farsi guardare dentro. La tapparella non scendeva e si bloccava quando la tenevi troppo sollevata, il personale è sempre stato disponibile ed è arrivato subito a metterlo a posto. Il centro benessere non era molto pulito, gli asciugamani che si possono prendere non erano profumati, c'era cattivo odore anche nel bagno turco. L'acqua nella vasca idromassaggio era da un po' che non veniva cambiata.

Accueil glaciale. A l'arrivée on nous a dit qu'on devait payer 25 euros/personne pour l'accès au spa avec une vue sur travaux. Et pour finir, impossible de se reposer car la femme de ménage a commencé ses taches à 8h30 en étant très bruyante. Je déconseille.

Very pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, clean room, available parking (pay extra), fantastic breakfast buffet. The location is perfect to explore the city center by walk and also very close to the Funivia Pila (4 minutes by car or 15 minutes by walk). We definitely recommend!

Ottimo hotel, posizione perfetta, pieno centro. Ottima posizione per poi andare a aciare a Pola. camere pulite e soprattutto una ottima colazione, abbondante e varia. Torneremo sicuramente in questo albergo.

The room smells like a toeilet! The hotel looks quite brand new but there is issue with toeilet smell. Very small room and no parking available! I DO NOT recommend this hotel

Very good located in the historical city center of Aosta in walking distance to nice bars and restaurants but still in a quite & safe backyard. Excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, local cheese, pancakes….Yammi! Thank you HB Hotel Team!
