It was a promotional fraud. The pictures shown in promoting the package do not reflect the reality of the resort. The package was purchased based in the picture of the beach club pool and access to the beach. You all fail to specify that there's 2 buildings in the resort. Very disappointed, there's no words to explain.

Buenas instalaciones, pero tal vez mejorar un poco más el trato al huésped y la comida en general.

El trato del personal fue excelente en todo momento, incluso nos entregaron nuestra habitación antes de tiempo. La habitación muy bien, el clima funcionando excelente y la presion y temperatura de agua también. El show de la cena también muy entretenido. Respecto a la comida ( al ser un todo incluido) en recepción nos entregaron una hoja con los horarios y había que poner atención y que no se pasaran estos horarios porque no sirven alimentos todo el tiempo (ejemplo, el desayuno termina a las 11:30 am y hasta la 1 pm es la comida y no hay disponible ningun snack en este tiempo, de 1 a 5 pm es la comida y el servicio de snacks también termina a las 5 pm, habia que esperar hasta las 7:30 pm para la cena), además los snacks no incluyen opciones dulces, todo es salado (hot dogs, hamburguesas, alitas y nuguets) y no te permiten comer en la zona de la alberca. Los alimentos muy bien (nos pareció mejores los desayunos y cenas que la comida) pero también sentimos que todo muy controlado, te piden # de habitación al entrar a comer (aunque traigas puesto el brazalete de todo incluido), tu seleccionas lo que quieras que te sirvan (no se puede servir uno mismo), esto se entiende por lo del desperdicio, pero pues si es extraño.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the pool and gardens are beautiful. They share a beach club with another resort so you have to be aware of shuttle times. The food was fairly good, buffet so not always hot. We saw a great show.

Muy rica la comida

Great hotel! Very friendly and caring staff, especially toward children. We loved the pool and our room was very comfortable. We loved that we could visit the pool and beach next at their sister hotel Niru! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a warm, laid back and family atmosphere. Just bring lots of bug repellent because the mosquitos are very much out to get you! PS we highly recommend the 7 bahias tour, the Cascadas (waterfall) tour, and definitely check out playa la Entrega! It’s very close to the hotel, about a 15 minute drive in a taxi.

This is by far one of the worst properties I have stayed at. If you want to take a trip back in time this hotel is for you. There have been no updates made to this hotel since the 1980s. The food at this hotel is inedible, some of the worst I’ve had. The property also did not state the pool was out of service. Please do not be fooled by the pictures provided to Expedia by hotel. The beach club is nowhere near the hotel. For the price we paid definitely not worth it. The only positive were the public beaches, where we were able to obtain good food at local eateries.

Terrible Stay never again from front desk to the sad food they served . Didn’t let me know pool would be out the wall over my room entrance was falling down , AC didn’t work well I was always hot Food was always the same #hit with those worm flys over it leaving there worms Whole trip was a waste

Me gusto el concepto todo incluido. Me gusto la limpieza de las habitaciones. Me gusto el bufete, solo mejoraría el servicio del club de playa en el sentido de permitir tomar snacks en zona de alberca o playa y en la velocidad de preparación de los mismos. No había mucha gente y tardaron bastante en preparar un hot dog. Al final ya no pudimos consumirlo por el horario de servicio.

Un lugar increíble para pasar en familia

El servicio es excelente, el personal súper amable, te hacen sentir como en casa, en confianza y la comida está muy rica!! Lo recomiendo 100% volvería sin dudarlo.

Buena relación precio-beneficio.

Fue un viaje familiar que disfrutamos absolutamente de todo... No más que agradecer la experiencia que contribuye en total el hotel para ver a tu familia disfrutando.
