객실은 깨끗하지만 벌레가 저녁에 너무 많아서 고생했어요.

On arrival we waited at reception for twenty minutes before staff came in, even after calling a mobile number to say we waiting at reception.. The motel was nice and convenient.

Uncomfortable

I wasn't very happy, no one to great you, I had prebooked and paid, my last stop over, the room I stayed in, Shower door was broken couldn't even close it, again no one to great you. no customer service, would not stay here again.

Very old dated rooms awful outside area

The room was clean enough the horse stables next door stunk

Place is dirty and filled with lots of junkies living there’s full Tim had a possum in our room fair to say didn’t stay there

Only one towel provided for multiple guests. Had to clean and wipe spa before use. Emptied spa and drainage connected to shower in bathroom and drainage not equipped to handle water draining which resulted in bathroom flooding. Unable to communicate with reception/owners due to English not being their first language.

Toaster but no knife or plates to eat on

Staff at reception friendly but hotel is very run down, grounds not well maintained. Room was large but very outdated. Many other hotels in much better condition for a similar price. Would not stay here again.

This was the worst bed I have ever paid to sleep in. Lumpy pillows & old mattress. Entire place needs a makeover.

Having a Guest kitchen and laundry was an excellent facility..

This older style property was clean, well equipped, very comfortable and reasonably priced. The Management was prompt and very helpful when a Signal couldn’t be found on the TV. They were very attentive and changed my room when they couldn’t fix the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Up at the back of the complex, door chain had half of it missing, aircon remote wouldnt adjust, bedside table drawer broken, no couch , , large wooden table with 3 wooden chairs, basic decor, no milk supplied for tea or coffee, 3 ladies travelling, $152. night, not happy and will not visit again.

It is very close to town centre

I really liked the contactless checking. The room was large but the heater didn’t work and we were cold. Also the bathroom needs an exhaust fan because everything was wet from steam and stayed that way for a very long time. I assume there’s horses nearby or some kind of animals because in the morning when we were packing the car it smelt like poo outside.

The aircon for heating is far less than enough for cold winter nights and there are not enough blankets. We were so freezing cold .
