메디나 남쪽에 있어 비교적 찾는데 어려움은 적었다. 배정된 방은 구석진 곳이 있어 음침하고 퀴퀴하였다. (음습 하여음) 더욱 힘든 것은 히터가 나오지 않아 추운 밤을 보냈다. 다음날 사막캠프 밤보다도 추웠다. 사막여행중 알게 되었지만 이 호텔을 이용하여 예약한 1박2일 사막투어는똑같은 일정인데 20유로 이상 비쌌다. 시티택스도 바가지, 바가지에다 불친절한 써비스.를 원하신다면 이곳을

Great to stay somehwere authentic. Staff very friendly. Traditional breakfast. Beautiful spaces with great terrace, hot tub and swimming pool. Would stay again.

All'interno della medina, perfetto per girare a piedi la città. Dotato di piscina e Jacuzzi. Non ho gradito la stanza, perché situata al piano terra adiacente alla sala d'attesa e non insonorizzata, ho sbattuto la testa per entrare/uscire (sono alto 1.80m). Personale cortese, ma poco attento alle esigenze del cliente: non hanno preso in considerazione la mia richiesta di late checkout, ho dovuto chiedere gli orari della colazione perché non mi sono stati riferiti all'arrivo. Inoltre, una volta entrati in stanza, il personale mi ha informato che avrei dovuto chiudere lo scarico della doccia (e lo ha fatto entrando con le scarpe all'interno costringendomi a fare la doccia con le ciabatte) per non sentire odori sgradevoli e, a causa di una dimenticanza, sono rientrato nella stanza con un forte odore di fogna. Per ultimo, ho dovuto sollecitare il transfer prenotato e già pagato per l'aeroporto perché sembrava se ne fossero dimenticati.

Typical Riad with small pool and warm tub. Our room was not as clean as I would’ve expected for the price that we paid. The shower does not have a shower curtain or a glass to contain the water so everything gets wet, everything gets slippery. The pillows are super hard and the noise from the scooters vibrates into the early morning hours as well as the hotel staff working into the late hours. I did appreciate the early morning wake up call from the resident canary. The staff are eager to accommodate but left me wanting more. The path to get there is not appealing as we walked past trash and cat poop but once we got there, it was ok. I would not stay here again. The breakfast was okay but you do need to tell them to give you eggs otherwise you end up with lots of bread.

Camera piano terra praticamente in sala colazioni. Con una porta che lasciava passare ogni rumore. Dalle 6 del mattino non si dorme più sembra di essere al mercato. Forse le camere ai piani più alti sono bellissimo ma non abbiamo avuto questa fortuna.

Beautiful, unique, clean, close to all

Le riad est splendide, la décoration est authentique ; il y a une bibliothèque, une piscine et un jacuzzi sur le toit-terrasse. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. L’équipe d’hôtes est formidable ! Bravo !

Nice property and convenient location

I had a good experience during my stay. Attention was paid to every detail. Not to mention friendly and attentive staffs

Had an amazing time at this Riad. Hassan was an amazing host and gave me lots of details about the area and where to explore. The property was immaculate. Breakfast was fresh and amazing for it being included in the price. The room was beautiful! Would highly recommend to stay here. I wish I was here longer! Rooftop & pool were fantastic to relax. The only super minor complaint was that I didn’t receive my silver VIP perk.

Avoid and beware!! Horrible customer service. Will not issue a refund for a reservation when we were stranded in Lisbon airport in the energy blackout and could not fly to Marrakesh. Expedia also reached out on my behalf. If they won’t provide service for this, I would not trust them with anything.

Everything is good. The staff is very kind. The pool is very nice. Breakfast was also good but we preferred to have a more traditional breakfast with eggs with olive oil and marocain pancakes.

Clean, quiet hotel. Excellent rooftop lounging area and very good breakfast. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Hassan and Ismail were excellent hosts and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend.

Perfect service . Like being welcomed into a home. Superb breakfast and dinner options including dining on the roof terrace. Really an exceptional change from chain hotels which do not approach this experience.
