전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hampton Inn Manhattan/Downtown-Financial District

월스트리트에 있어서 접근성은 좋지만, 시설이 좀 낡았고, 이런저런 소음이 심해서 수면에 방해가 될 정도입니다.

Great location for the Statue of Liberty tour and also walkable to 911 Memorial and even Chinatown and little Italy. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room too small for a king bed, queen would be better. Air blower noisy, sliding bathroom door sticks or rubs so its hard to open/close, for some reason I cannot understand the shower lever control regulates the shower water temperature irregularly- one night too hot even at low output, next night hot at half output then goes cool and vavk to hot at similar output. Bed was comfortable however, tv good, all rooms should have a mini frig for convenience, staff friendly For the price, stay should be perfect, I still think 300 a night is a lot of money

What I liked about this property is that they served hot breakfast items waffles, scrambled eggs and other quick options.

The stay was amazing we stayed on the third floor and it was quiet and the rooms was clean and the reception was amazing and the check was fast and easy. Will stay again

The room was very small and could’ve been cleaner.

Rooms are gross, our shower was filthy, air conditioning wouldn’t turn on, not what was advertised.

We stayed one night before a cruise leaving from Red Hook. Very convenient to the ferry terminal for getting over to Brooklyn. The area is very walkable, lots of places to eat and get coffee close by. We went to the Fraunces Tavern and the staff gave us some fun pointers about the place. Our room was not overly large but was just fine for two people for a short stay. I used the gym in the morning and it was more than adequate as was the breakfast. We had one small issue where the heat was no working in our room, and it was 7 degrees out, and I called and they sent an engineer almost immediately and it was taken care of. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was cozy. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Once again, the staff at this Hampton Inn were exceptional! This hotel is located conveniently for many things around Manhattan and Brooklyn. We will be back!

Air vents were dirt, my room had very little window access. It felt like I was sleeping in a basement and bedding had stains. The breakfast was delicious and staff was great.

We really enjoyed the location and hotel. Great breakfast, coffee at the entrance. Our room was just fine, good bed, sheets and nice bathroom. Caring staff. We recommend this place. The 5:30 cookie tray waa just great!
