직원이 친절하고, 룸 상태가 쾌적했음

3인 가족 여행이라서 싱글 침대 3개 객실인 관계로 좀 좁았습니다. 위치는 까탈루냐 광장에서 좀 떨어져 있긴 하지만, 버스와 지하철 모두 가까운 곳에서 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 고딕지구, 보른 지구와 큰 도로를경계로 마주보구 있구요, 람블라스 거리나 까탈루냐까지는 운동삼아 걸을 만한 거리이나 캐리어를 끌고 걷기에는 좀 멉니다. 시내 광장까지의 버스노선 모두 편리하구요 가우디 성당까지도 근처 전철 이용하여 갔습니다. 아주 넓은 대로변에 위치해서 골목 들어갈 필요없고, 그렇다고 시끄럽지도 않습니다 주변이 커다란 건물들로 매우 조용했습니다. 바닷가 근처라서 걸어서 나갈 수 있습니다. 직원분들은 친절했으나, 3일 묶는 동안 욕실 용품과 비누를 그날그날 보충해놓지 않아 좀 불편했구요, 특히 실내화 제공되지 않습니다.

객실이 생각보다 넓어서 좋았음.. 테라스가 있어서 좋았음. 바르셀로네타 해변에서 가깝고 지하철 역에서도 가까워서 이동하기가 편하였음.. 주변에 자전거 샵도 있어서 좋았음.. 또 가게된다면 꼭 가고 싶은 호텔..

Great location and good room

전반적으로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋고 서비스도 양호합니다.

룸의 컨디션은 최고로 좋았고 무엇보다 창문이 너무 아름다웠다.... 싱글룸이지만 침대도 트윈으로 있어 편했다 시설은 현대식으로 잘 되어있어 불편함이 없었다

가격 대비 만족도 최고입니다 위치도 바르셀로네타역에서 1분 정도로 좋구요 호텔스닷컴을 통한 예약도 쉽고 빠르게 진행되어서 좋았습니다

Great hotel in an amazing position, Staff is great and helpful.

I spent 3 night at this hotel at the end of July. As it was my first time in Barcelona, I was looking at a hotel that was close enough to the center and yet next to the beach. This hotel’s location was great, walkable distance from the main attractions and the city center, 2 mins walking from the metro and very close to Barceloneta. The room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was great with loads of options. Gym was also a perfect add on and the staff was simply super polite and knowledged. I would definitely be back!

I have to say they had the best black out curtains I’ve ever had! I love a dark room.

Room was huge and amazing

This an excellent location within walking distance of all of the tourist shops and restaurants and bars without all the noise of the tourists. It is very close to the metro to get to the beach within a few stops and close to the park. Although adjacent to a busy street the traffic noise was not a huge bother at night. The shower was great and I made use of the small gym. The only down side were the noisy guests staying on my floor. I could hear doors slamming and guests arguing and babies crying throughout the night but the hotel can’t really do anything about guest and their respect and self-awareness of others.

Hotel Ciutadella is perfectly located, minutes from the beach, the zoo, the Gothic quarters and La Rambla. It’s on a busy avenue but the windows are soundproof so no noise issues. The lobby is stylish and modern, the staircase is wide and nice, it allows you to see more of the building architecture.

Staff was fantastic and our stay was wonderful. Clean facility, perfect location, quiet room. The breakfast for lovely.
