전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hilton Zhongshan Downtown

업그레이드 되었는지 50층 전망과 혼자 이용하기 아까울정도?의 넓은객실과 시설 아주 만족했습니다 단지 카펫 상태가 조금 오래되었는지 살짝 냄새가 있었으나 크게 불편하지 않았습니다

만족하고 늘 이용하던곳에서 앞으로 이곳을 이용할 예정입니다

숙박에 전혀 불편함이 없었고 직원 응대가 매우 친절함 단, Wifi 요금이 유료인 점은 다소 개선되었으면 함

힐튼이라 생각할 수 없는 서비스에 실망했습니다. 로비에 들어설 때 주변에 직원들이 있었음에도 불구하고 짐을 도와주거나 문을 열어주려는 서비스도 전혀 없고 힐튼 아너스 회원이라 무료 와이파이를 신청했는데 직원이 와이파이 연결해 주고 다음날 정산할 때는 다른 직원이 돈을 내라고해서 상황을 세번이나 이야기 해야 했습니다. 아침 조식이 포함되어 있었는데 조식에 인원이 너무 많아 20분을 기다리라는 이야기는 그동안 여행다니면서 처음 들어보는 황당한 이야기였습니다. 그나마 침구는 편안해서 하룻밤 잘 자고오기는 했지만 힐튼을 택하는 이유가 편안한 침구때문만은 아니지 않을까요? 서비스 정신을 좀 길러야 할 것 같습니다.

호텔 건물 및 객실은 최상급임. 룸서비스도 저렴하고 맛있으나 조식은 생각보다 먹을 것이 별로 없음. 바로 옆에 쇼핑몰이 있고 소핑몰내 식당과 스타벅스가 있음. 쇼핑몰 외에는 주변에 식당이없음

位處中山市中心，就在利和廣場上面，民生設施齊全。酒店的房間很大很安靜。

For me still the best place to stay in zhongshan. Very good gym and pool. Excellent location. It is connected to a mall with a wide selection of restaurant , coffee shop and a very nice grocery that sells everything.

Hilton Zhongshan hotel is conveniently located above a large mall where there is plenty of food and shopping choices. Their service is very good as the concierge team was very helpful to guide us as visitors on not just directions but the ways of China such as ordering items through their Meituan app or booking cars using DiDi (like Uber but in China).

Everything was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend and stay there again.

The hotel is located next to a large mall so finding food options is convenient. The hotel is also centrally located in the Shiqi district so hailing ride share isn’t a problem. Zhongshan is a 2nd or 3rd tier city so they don’t have a working subway as of February 2025. It’s a good place to stay away from the busier areas of the Greater Bay Area.

Long time to get hot water in sink tap. No cleaning brush in toilet. Dirty windows in room. Elevators took long time. View from gym was bad but equipment was good. You have to wear a cap in the pool, you have to pay for it. Otherwise very nice.

Very satisfied stay. Breakfast is great. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Connect to shopping center which is a plus
