전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Ai Reali di Venezia

비싼 물가의 베니스에 저렴하게 2일을 묵었습니다. 작은 호텔이지만 고급스러움이 있고 청결상태나 직원들의 서비스는 정말 좋았습니다. 언제나 아쉬운건 방의 크기인데 베니스의 물가를 생각한다면 당연한 불편함이 아닌가 생각이 듭니다. 그리고 조식은 꼭 드세요. 정말 맛있습니다.

위치는 말할 것도 없이 너무 좋았고, 건물은 오래됐지만 관리가 잘 되어 있어 정말 좋은 숙박이었습니다. 어린이도, 노인도 모두 만족했습니다.

작은운하와 작은광장을 끼고있는 아름다운 호텔입니다. 베네치아의 호텔답게 숙박비는 비싼편이나, 그것을 제외하고는 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 중학생2명을 포함한4인가족이라서 처음엔 잘모르고 침실2 욕실2의 anex building(apartment)을 예약했었는데, 가보니 호텔과 완전히 떨어진 산마르고광장 근처의 단독 건물이었고ᆢ여러가지로 너무 마음에 들지않아서 변경을 요청하였더니 주니어스위트룸만 가능하여 변경하였습니다. 추가요금이 발생하여 숙박비가 상당했으나 그외엔 모든면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 리알토다리에서 매우 가깝고, 시설이 럭셔리하고 깨끗하며 친절합니다. 재방문의사 많이 있습니다

Very kind staffs and the location is close to most main attractions in Venice, but noise may be a problem and the wifi connection is not stable.

베니스2박중1박은 본섬인 아이 레알리에서 했는데.. 시설에 까다로운 아이때문에 리모델링한지 얼마안되서 선택했습니다. 풍광과 조식은 예상과 달리 만점은 아니구요. 위치나 시설들은 만점입니다. 베니스안 구경시 화장실이 쉽게 눈에 안뜨는데...자주 이용했네요. 본섬에 숙박하니 밤에 정취를 즐기고 돌아가기도 매우 좋구요. 수시로 쉬기도 좋구요. 레스트랑이 유명하다해서 기대했는데.. 조식은 평범하니. 가격을 줄이시려면 조식을 빼는것도 방법입니다. 방은 3인이 묵을수 있는 트리플 룸입니다. 베니스는 당일로 여러번 방문했는데.. 본섬 숙소인 아이레일리 덕분에 더 많은 추억을 남겼습니다. 가격이 아깝진 않습니다. 더 좋은 호텔로 많지만..백만원에 육박하거든요.

Very good staff. Many thanks to all. Quick problem solvers. Location is less than 2 mins away from Rialto Bridge and less than 7 mins away from the San Marco. Right on the canal incase u wanna use the water taxi. Over all very pleasant stay…

Great place close to everything

The front desk staff were all welcoming and consistently friendly while assisting with reservations, transportation, suggestions, etc. My small complaints are overshadowed by the professionalism of the front staff. A bit disappointed in our bedroom decor and space. Rather dark/dreary and uncomfortable (the chairs useless, which only served to crowd an already small space). But, who stays in their room in Venice! The AC system temperature not consistent during the night. This was a challenge. Location convenient to explore.

Great property with an awesome restaurant and bar

The hotel is beautiful, room decoration/style is amazing, location is great close but not too close to main areas of Rialto/San Marco. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. Only 2 things we disliked was the additional charge for cooked eggs at breakfast (considering the price of the hotel) and we had a problem with air conditioning in room. The room was too hot, air conditioning just didn’t click in or work, opened window during night which was a mistake and ended up with insect bites next morning. Raised it with reception and they gave us fans to help keep us cool which worked but this was the only thing that let our experience down, I’m sure from quality of hotel and staff service that this is probably a one off and lets be honest things sometimes go wrong everywhere. We would stay again here as it was lovely

We stayed here with our 4 children and it was wonderful. Fantastic location close to everything. The staff were wonderful along with the dining options. A beautiful hotel. Highly recommend it.

Bed was not what I requested. After 3 attempt at replacing mattress I could still feel the springs. For the money paid I expected better comforts and service

Lovely property in good area within walking distance to attractions and amenities. Staff excellent. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Although not within hotels control but found noise from outside of a night and early morning not good and disturbed sleep
