비싼 물가의 베니스에 저렴하게 2일을 묵었습니다. 작은 호텔이지만 고급스러움이 있고 청결상태나 직원들의 서비스는 정말 좋았습니다. 언제나 아쉬운건 방의 크기인데 베니스의 물가를 생각한다면 당연한 불편함이 아닌가 생각이 듭니다. 그리고 조식은 꼭 드세요. 정말 맛있습니다.

위치는 말할 것도 없이 너무 좋았고, 건물은 오래됐지만 관리가 잘 되어 있어 정말 좋은 숙박이었습니다. 어린이도, 노인도 모두 만족했습니다.

작은운하와 작은광장을 끼고있는 아름다운 호텔입니다. 베네치아의 호텔답게 숙박비는 비싼편이나, 그것을 제외하고는 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 중학생2명을 포함한4인가족이라서 처음엔 잘모르고 침실2 욕실2의 anex building(apartment)을 예약했었는데, 가보니 호텔과 완전히 떨어진 산마르고광장 근처의 단독 건물이었고ᆢ여러가지로 너무 마음에 들지않아서 변경을 요청하였더니 주니어스위트룸만 가능하여 변경하였습니다. 추가요금이 발생하여 숙박비가 상당했으나 그외엔 모든면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 리알토다리에서 매우 가깝고, 시설이 럭셔리하고 깨끗하며 친절합니다. 재방문의사 많이 있습니다

Very kind staffs and the location is close to most main attractions in Venice, but noise may be a problem and the wifi connection is not stable.

The staff were very helpful and professional! My room was exquisite and specious with a beautiful chandelier! The hotel was walking distance to St. Mark’s Square and all of the shops and restaurant's. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Venice!

Delicious breakfast menu, great choices! Loved having the special coffees and also the sparkling wine at breakfast. This staff was wonderful. We were a large group and were able to sit on the terrace and share some wine and they were very accommodating. Very helpful. Making arrangements for various activities couldn’t have been better!

Beautiful hotel with very nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Front desk is unbelievably attentive. The only thing was the gym. Not very nice with minimal equipment. It is crowded with 2 people in it. Needs to be expanded and new equipment for a hotel like this.

5 star breakfast included at this beautiful and typically Venetian property. Staff was friendly, professional, first rate. Best housekeeping service in Europe for sure.

Cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel. By far my favorite in Italy. Absolutely gorgeous historic building. Loved it all.

First of all - the place looks fantastic! A quick 5 minute walk from Realto water taxi dock , and about 10 minute walk to Doge palace - the location was perfect! Also the staff - wow! All of them were friendly courteous, informative and spoke at least 3 or 4 languages a piece. The rooms were large and comfortable with stunning marble throughout. lastly, the included breakfast spread was delicious and catered to all tastes. Bravo!
