Staff was accommodating. Building looks like a horror to me. Ambiance is not that good. Smells damp as well. Sheets, shower curtains, and other linens have stains. Room is not even cleaned properly. Toilet flush not even working. Super dusty as well. Had many things for me to complain. The only good thing on this hotel is its cheap price.

Pros: The receptionist was very accommodating. She was able to respond immediately to my queries upon my booking. Our room was very spacious. There were 3 broken lights though, but nonetheless, lighting was still enough given the large and plenty windows. The bed was very comfy as well. Cons: Not very clean. The floor wasn't well-swept and the desks weren't cleaned thoroughly. No towels & bath rug available (we still had to request it though). Bathroom tissue was not replaced. I think we've used what was left of the previous occupant's tissue. The (red) throw pillows weren't so clean as well as it was kind of smelly.

They were short of crew, guards were serving the food. Breakfast was served cold. The blankets smelled used. There was always shortage of water, the room was old and needed improvement.
