No hot water. I understand the scenario but it would have been good to get a heads up when we checked in from hotel staff. Plus to give me a rebate of sorts for the trouble.

Hotel was great, clean, all rooms were king bed with pull out couch, but were very large rooms. Noise transfer from other rooms / hall was very minimal. Had an unfortunate incident with a slashed tire (the front desk was very helpful and great at assisting, they were very shocked at this happening so definitely not something common - probably another guest unfortunately). Pool was awesome, great size, even with lots of families, waterslide was a blast for kids and adults too! Hot tub was a generous size. Breakfast was great - lots of options hot and cold, and CONSTANTLY being refilled (sausages were refilled twice while we ate). Still hot food available at 945. Trailer parking - lots of double pull through spots in front and at rear.

pool was comfortable temperature but hot tub could have been a few degrees hotter. Room was good for our group of five. not convenient for restaurants
