A return stay at the hotel, a reliable and friendly team. Only downside is overpriced breakfast.

Propriétaire très accueillante, toujours souriante avec petits mots gentils au passage. Petit déjeuner savoureux et cadre agréable. Très bon emplacement en plein centre de la ville, nous avions retenu une place de parking à l’hôtel et conseillons aux futurs voyageurs de faire de même. Très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Old building in the centre with enough space and parking right next to the building. Best breakfast we ever had in ** hotel ! Very nice common area and very helpful staff. This was our third stay in Troyes and by far the most enjoyable

Auch wenn die Inneneinrichtungen nicht mehr ganz frisch sind ist dieses Hotel nur wärmstens zu empfehlen! Der Charme des historischen Gebäudes und die mehr als zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter machen eine Übernachtung zu einem tollen Erlebnis. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz reserviert und somit konnten wir vom Hotel aus direkt in die Innenstadt bummeln (man wohnt quasi eh mittendrin). Ein toller Aufenthalt und eine lustige Billiardrunde am freien Tisch im Foyer machten unseren Tag in Troyes perfekt.

Beautiful old property in the medieval area of Troyes. Short walk to everything you need. Beds are a little on the hard side but staff are brilliant; friendly and helpful.

Expérience horrible

Séjour de 24 heures pour aller aux soldes de trois. C’était formidable il y avait surtout la soirée pour aller dîner dehors.

Très bon accueil, un monsieur charmant qui m'a donné un plan de la ville, m'a mis à disposition ma chambre dès 14 heures afin de laisser mon sac pour partir visiter la ville. Sac à la consigne le lendemain. Un Templier veille sur les visiteurs Petit déjeuner préparé avec soin, délicieux Chambre plus que correcte pour le prix, manque juse un porte serviette. Merci pour tout

Sejour en famille, personnel accueillant, toujours sourillant et disponible. Hotel tres bien situé, tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons pris une chambre familiale , tres bon rapport qualité prix, propre, lits confortables. Nous recommanfons le petit déjeuner qui est très complet.

Ein Haus aus dem 16. Jahundert zum Hotel umgebaut. Schiefe Fußböden und alte Wände, einfach ein Traum.

Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing. I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building. Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem. A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, idéalement situé. Mais surtout personnel d’un grand professionnalisme et d’une réelle gentillesse.
