위치 : 중심부에서 살짝(3-4정거장) 떨어져 있고 지하철에서도 3~4블록 걸어야 합니다.(5-10분) 하지만 크게 불편함은 못느낄 정도. 주변 : 주택 밀집가이고 치안은 나뻐보이지 않으며 아파트에서 필수인 마트나 슈퍼가 주변에 많아요.. 그게 상당히 도움이 됐습니다. 시설 : 깔끔하고 세탁기 및 건조기가 있어서 상당히 좋았습니다. 식기, 조리기구 전부 배치되어 있어서 아파트 이점을 재대로 살릴수 있습니다. 침대는 살짝 불편 ㅜㅜ 리셉션 : 열쇠 셀프로 받아야 하고 미리 메일로 오는데 메일 꼭 확인 해보셔야 합니다. 저는 메일을 늦게 확인해서 키 받는데 고생 많았는데. 늦은 체크인(6시 이후) 반드시 메일 확인 바랍니다 열쇠 수령이 셀프 입니다. 청결도 : 좋습니다.

The property overall was great. The property has security cameras and a security system. We stayed on the first floor and at night it was a bit noisy due to the elevator being right next to the room. That didn't bother us but I can see how that might be an issue for some. Because we came in January, it was cold in Barcelona and the property had no heating. It got quite cold in the property but as long as you have warm clothes, you should be fine. The shower has hot water but it does run out quite quickly so we had to take fast showers. The mattresses were very hard and stiff. It was not comfortable at all. The pillows were very thin and flat. We stayed there for 3 nights and every morning we woke up with our backs hurting. Our kids had a hard time too. Besides that, the staff was extremely friendly and we felt very safe in the property. The Japanese restaurant “Nami” was a few stores down and it was really good food! The Sagrada Familia, the beach, and the Barcelona Cathedral were all within walking distance between 10-30 minutes. We didn't utilize public transport all that much so I’m unable to comment on that. We walked everywhere and I felt like this location was a good location!

Check in was a nightmare, unable to check in despite numerous calls. The emailed check in codes were all incorrect for the door and lockbox. I was even there during office hours and they told me since room was not ready to come back later after my tour was done and that the key will be awaiting me in the lockbox. I came back and code was incorrect. Made 5 calls over several hours at night and still no help only on hold. Finally got it to work after midnight already.

Apartamento confortavel e central, tem tudo perto supermercado, farmacia e transportes. Faltam algumas coisas no apartamento principalmente caixa de primeiros socorros recepcao fecha a noite e fim semana e nao atendem o telefone No geral é Bom para alguns dias e tem todas as facilidades minimas.

Lokal położony blisko plaży, La Sagrada Familia oraz blisko dworca Estacio Del Nord Barcelona... Czysto, wygodnie i w pełni wyposażona kuchnia - to kolejne plusy...

Location was good, the apartment that we staid was on the first floor and you could hear every one coming in and out, the air conditioning didn’t work, washing machine leaked and the toilet as well .

Great place for a short stay in Barcelona! Location is perfect for all attractions, close to the beach. Better value and comfort than hotels in the area.Would 100% recommend.

Muy bonito y Bien ubicado

L’appartement est très mal isolé, la nuit trop de bruit qui vient de la rue et dans l’ascenseur et l’escalier.

Very convenient location. Short walk to the beach and a view of The Familia Sagrada Church from our balcony and an easy walk. Basic facilities but clean and comfortable - would recommend. On our checkout day we were allowed to leave our luggage until later.

The apartment is really comfortable, plenty of room but it is starting to show some age, for example the slats in one of the beds were bent and out of place and the dryer did not work, some minor details though. The availability of parking was very convenient
