we got cheated by hotels.com. No room was booked for us. With two babies we landed in huge travel. I know hotels.com will post it.

hotels.com never booked a room for me @hotel sonai. though hotels.com confirm my room, we realize we are in tough situation when we reached there, hotel sonai informed us there is no booking with our name! Pathetic experience!

Very poor hotel. Do not recommend for peoplr who want to go as a tourist to Mahabaleshwar. Located among the dumping ground. Poor facilities.
