Hotel ótimo custo benefício. A praia fica logo em frente. Café da manhã bom. Limpeza impecável, funcionários atenciosos. Quarto amplo.

Schlechtestes Hotel aller Zeiten Es geht schon los beim extrem späten Check in von 16.00 Uhr, Spoiler: das Zimmer gibt’s auch nicht eher Personal scheint leicht genervt zu sein Zimmer war an sich ok. das Bad war leider gar nicht gut geputzt, es lagen überall schwarze Haare auf dem Boden, was schon eklig ist Das Frühstück war richtig schlecht, die angebotenen Früchte aus der Dose waren schon vergoren Check out war auch lieblos, keine Nachfrage ob man zufrieden war Und ganz wichtig: der Raum zur Gepäckaufbewahrung wird teilweise nicht richtig geschlossen! Ein Glück waren die Sachen noch da und man bekommt lediglich die Schlüsselkarte und kann den Raum selbstständig betreten, was meiner Meinung nach gar nicht geht

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the superior room had a lovely sea view. The staff were helpful, and the location was excellent, around a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, and about 20 minutes to the shopping mall and gym. The main downsides were minor but frustrating. The hairdryer in the room was not very effective, and I paid a €20 towel deposit which I was unable to get back before leaving. When I returned the towel, the person at reception had very limited English and did not understand that I wanted my deposit back, so we had to use a translator. I was then told I had to wait until 8am, but my taxi was due at 7:40am. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise good stay.

das hotel ist direkt am strand hat jedoch das flairs eines spitals. das badezimmer mit glaswänden ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (wenn jemand in der nacht aufs WC muss und licht braucht ist das ganze zimmer beleuchtet, gutes frühstück und pool, der etwas oberhalb liegt. Albufeira ist eine partyhochburg für engländer, was wir nicht gewusst haben, man trifft keinen portugiesen ausser jene, die den dreck aufräumen.

O hotel é ótimo. Os recepcionistas foram muito prestativos. Luzimaria, atendente no café da manhã, muito atenciosa. Faltou uma limpeza melhor no quarto.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Quite environment. Room was spacious and clean but dated. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Only one washing machine for all guests and, most of the time, only one of the two elevators was working.

Parking and breakfast was great. The room was also very good. Nice and large and was very clean. The staff at reception were also very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Far enough away from the parties that take place down the escalator. Perfect location.

El desayuno muy malo, solo servía 1 elevador fue muy complicado

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in May. ​Upon arrival after 4 PM, our room wasn't ready, and we were asked to wait another 15 minutes. Although I was tired, I was happy to enjoy the sun and warmth, especially compared to the weather in Sintra. This was our penultimate stop in Portugal before finishing our vacation and returning to Canada. ​The biggest disappointment was the hotel's layout. When we booked the package, we thought it was a single building. As it turns out, there are two: one stands right on the beach, and the second is about 500 meters inland. If this had been clearly stated, we would have been prepared, but it was quite a letdown. ​The rest of the issues became apparent during our stay: ​The Safe: The safe in the room is very old; I didn't think hotels still used safes that require a physical key. ​Elevators: Only one elevator seemed to work at a time (out of two). They kept switching the "Out of Order" signs from one to the other, even though they had just been working. Since the hotel was busy and the elevators are small (hard to fit more than 4 people), we mostly used the stairs. ​Amenities: I haven't seen a hairdryer like that in a long time—it felt very outdated. Also, there are almost no shelves in the bathroom to conveniently place personal toiletries. ​EV Charging: The parking was large and convenient with two lots available. However, the EV charger did not work. I tried two different mobile apps, but neither could locate it.

Das Hotel ist sauber, alles der Kategorie entsprechen. Das Frühstück war besser, als erwartet. Besonders alles was das englische Publikum will, typisch englisch Breakfast. Die Rezeption war freundlich, aber doch etwas langsam. Das Highlight ist aber einfach die Lage direkt am tollen Strand!!!! Der Pool und die kostenfreien Parkplätze sind auf der anderen Strassenseite, ca 80m entfernt. Schöner Aufenthalt direkt am Strand. Die Lage gibt es sonst nicht in Albufeira.
