Very nice hotel. Clean spacious rooms, wonderful staff, great pool, and tons of choices for breakfast

Really poor service at dinner, took over 20 minutes to get served a bottle of water, twice we had finished eating before being offered a drink.

Konumu itibariyle bizi çok mutlu eden bir otel oldu. Temizliği güzeldi. Biz kahvaltı dahil aldık. Gayet yeterli bir kahvaltıydı. Klimamızla ilgili bir problem yaşadık ancak geç saat de olsa çözümü için destek oldular. Yine Rodos’a gelsem aynı oteli tercih ederdim.

The breakfast was below a three-star level. The pastries looked very old and were not fresh at all. Room had bad smell .

The location was convenient. Within walking distance of the Old Town. We had a lovely view of the beach.

Eine Super Lage. Direkt am Strand und die Altstadt war auch ungefähr 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Ganz entspannt. Ein Großes Lob an den Zimmerservice und an den Service im Speisesaal.

Accueil très froid. Sur le mail de confirmation : arrivée à 14h, et à l’accueil elles me disent 15h de façon très désagréable. Finalement la chambre étant prête nous l’avons eu à 14h30… Beau balcon avec belle vue sur la mer, grande chambre

Topp beligenhet. Hotellet var ikkje eit 5 stjerne etter vår vurdering. Rommet var lite, ingen hylleplass,ikkje kjøleskap. Veldig glad vi ikkje tok all inclusive. Ein lite koseleg matsal.

Wunderschöner Meerblick vom geräumigen Balkon aus; sehr nah am Stran; das Frühstück eine Katastrophe mit wenigen Lichtblicken. Alles in allem kein schlechtes Hotel aber von 5 Sternen weit entfernt. Für das Verhältnis Preis/Leistung ziemlich teuer!

Avoid this place! Hotel itself was ok, good location and ocean view rooms were actually nice but service ruined the whole experience. I made a reservation through hotels.com which showed check in time at 2PM and check out at noon. When I came to the front desk they told me I’m mistaken and those are not hotel rules. They can try to get me in at 3PM at the earliest and I have to leave at 11am. I showed them confirmation email and my reservation showing otherwise and the gentlemen helping me was extremely rude then another person who should never work in hospitality Ioanna Megri joined and made things even worst. The attitude, rudeness and cockiness were all over with language that leaves a lot to desire. She told me they never make mistakes here, I can get out and sleep on the street if I don’t like it. Started yelling and created very hostile environment. Then we just gave up and agreed to they’re messed up rules even tho confirmation said otherwise. When they learned that I’m staying in one queen size bed with my partner (we are gay) things has gotten even worst with even more attitude. Someone said that it’s a cultural thing so I tried to be understanding but when I extended my stay at the neighboring hotel Ibiscuc the service was truly excellent so if you want to make a choice avoid these people and go to Ibiscus Nextdoor for much better experience.

Great location, beautiful service, and breakfast was plentiful. Beach across from Eli beach and walking distance to old town and stores
