런던 외곽에 있어서 저렴한 호텔이나 시내까지의 왕복시간이 많이 걸리고 런던 교통비가 비싸서 오이스터 카드로도 3파운드 이상씩 나옴. 실내 라디에이터가 미작동. 시설이 낡아서 그런지 숙박가격은 매우 저렴한 편. 오래 머물기에는 추천하지 않음

히드로 공항에서 지하철 두 정거장.. 런던 외곽이라 많이 걱정했는데 지하철역에서 걸어서 3분 정도로 가까운 거리라 괜찮았어요.. 직원 분들은 친절하시고.. 방과 침구, 화장실은 청결한 편이고요.. 히터 잘 나오고.. 아침 식사는 풀 잉글리시 브렉퍼스트 부터 네 가지 메뉴 중 골라서 주문하면 바로 만들어 주시는데.. 평일엔 맛있었고요.. 일요일엔 주방 담당 직원이 안 나오시는지 서빙하던 직원 분이 만들어주시면서 맛이 별로였어요.. 헤어드라이기는 프론트에 빌려달라하면 빌려주시고.. 체크아웃하고 가방도 친절하게 맡아주세요..

Staff are wonderful. Parking is free. Quite near to metro. Near to all Asian stores and good variety of cafes and restaurants. Garden and paving needs attention. Continental breakfast good. Cooked breakfast not so good. Limited cooked breakfast for vegetarians.

The staff was super helpful and friendly! Though the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and served in a lovely, airy sunroom next to the garden. It is a walkable distance to the underground, which made getting around convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location with friendly staff. Room was near the kitchen and you could hear guests talking. Would be nice to have soundproof doors but overall it was good.

Good parking out front, super friendly staff and a great location. Room was a bit poorly maintained with a window that would not shut and the door knob screws coming out.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was a great selection and the accommodation was clean and comfy. The building is a little tired but it was fine for what we needed. We did have some problems with the TV in the room as the WiFi seemed to keep cutting out and we'd lose signal which was frustrating. But we were only staying for 1 night and it was a great location and price for what we needed.

A lovely little guest house not far from the airport. Offered free parking and a nice breakfast before our long flight.

Parking was free and easy. The staff was polite and helpful and efficient. The room was clean and easy to access, although the use of mechanical keys meant only one key per room, but that wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast was simple, but hot with a few options, not just muffins and toast. A quick walk to the bus station allowed access to the city at a low price. Restaurants and services were also a few minutes walk away. The best part was the helpful and friendly staff. Every request was met with eagerness and smiles. We will definitely stay again when visiting the London area.

We have stayed here many times and have two more bookings in the near future. It is easy to drive from Westbury and the parking is easy. Handy for the Underground and direct into central London. 😀

We stayed here for 2 nights, the b&b is situated 5 minutes walking distance from tube station, shops and restaurants. Lots of parking at the B&B. Breakfast was good but very very poor wifi or internet connection on site, but we enjoyed the stay.

Due to circumstances I have to check in midnight. Messaged the staff and they wait for my arrival - very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable with such price range.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Can use the kitchen area as you please to make tea and coffee. Breakfast continental with a few hot options including scramble eggs, sausages and beans. Great location for Heathrow

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Even though it was on a busy street, there was no noise and the room was very quiet. The underground station was just a 5 minute walk away making connections to London or Heathrow very simple. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk of the hotel. I was not able to have breakfast due to an early departure for a flight so cannot comment on that. Parking is provided off street right in front of the hotel. I would 100% stay here again in the future.

I checked in last Friday evening and noticed that the room was very cold because the main heating was not working. I mentioned this to the manager, who said there was a portable heater already in the room and switched it on for me. During the night, I woke up to a strong burning smell and a strange noise. When I got out of bed to check, I saw smoke coming from the socket where the portable heater was plugged in. I immediately unplugged it as it was clearly unsafe. It was a very frightening situation. If I hadn’t woken up and realised where the smoke was coming from, it could easily have caused a fire. Because of this, we had to spend the rest of the night in a cold room without any heating. In the morning there was no one at the front desk, so I reported the incident to the housekeeper instead. I also noticed that the heating system had last been serviced in 2016 (photos attached), which raises serious concerns about maintenance and safety. This was a very worrying experience, and I strongly believe the hotel needs to ensure that their heating and electrical equipment are properly maintained to keep guests safe. Another issue was that the microwave was in the staff room, so we had to ask staff to heat our food. Later that night there was no one at the front desk, so we were unable to heat our food at all.
