Everything was fine

Very nice place to stay.

Everything was nice, except for the bed was hard as bricks

It is a very nice property. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The check in process was good by a nice staff member. The condition of the hotel is not that great due to its age. The carpet and interior just felt very... tired.

Great customer service. Swift response for check in and checking out. Room clean and comfortable. Excellent room care.

The room was fine, but the bed was so hard that I had to cancel my 2nd night and find another place to stay. I was told that all of the mattresses were like that (hard) and the staff was very apologetic.

The hotel need renovation. The bathroom was horrible. The airdryer didn't work.

Staff was great but room is raggedy water damage on bottom of bathroom doors and ceiling peeling off. Hallways stink .

Nothing

The front desk folk were pleasant at check-in. The property needs definite updates. There was no hot water problems, plumbing issues, shortage of linens. The owner should be ashamed abd so should Holiday Inn.

Needs outdoor plug-ins on the poles for boaters.

When we first checked in the room we were given had not been cleaned. We had to take stuff back down to car and get new room after our event so we wouldn’t be late for event. We only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths and one hand towel for 6 people in the suite room. There was no linen for the sleeper sofa so we had to go down to get it instead of someone bringing up. The coffee set up was not stocked. No stirs for coffee. 2 sugars and creamers. No cups with i e bucket. No body wash. Container was empty. Breakfast was pretty good. Could use some milk and choc milk for kids to drink. I don’t think we will be staying here again. Was not up to my expectations of a Holiday Inn. Could have at least offered a discount for not having clean room at beginning of check in.
