Saw rat running around in the room! Changed room had stained sheet !

오랜시간 이동하여 큰 기대없이 방문했는데 기대이상 편히 쉴수있어서 매우 만족합니다.

Always stay at this hotel for my business trip to JSW Steel. Good facilities and great service overall.

If you are visiting JSW bellary plant this is the place where easy to book, provide good service & food as well. However if you are visiting 'HAMPI', it will take around 30~40min by car to get there.

출장목적으로 방문한 호텔로 제철소에서 매우 근접 이용하기 편리하지만, 함피유적지를 방문하는 여행객이라면 차로 약 30~40분 정도 떨어져 있음. 대부분 만족스러운 호텔이며, 특히 레스토랑의 메뉴가 다양 (일본, 중국음식 등) 하여 좋았음.

Great hotel. Nice and helpful staff.

We stayed at the Hyatt Hampi over Christmas 2025. Traveled as a family group and had 3 rooms for 3 nights. First the pros. Great location, grounds and decor. Wonderful chef and awesome food. I am giving a 3 star for the following reasons: They were staffed with trainees mostly over the busy period with a few experienced staff. Long response times and slow service, some incorrect communication. Definitely room for improvement. 1 of the 3 rooms we were assigned had a smelly toilet. Possibly something to do with the sewer plumbing outdoors. We reported it to the hotel right away, but they were unable or unwilling to do anything until the evening of the 2nd day. On the 3rd day, the guests had a nicer room. All this while charging five star rates at peak season. Disappointing experience from Hyatt. The hotel has 4 floors and at least 3 wings but only 1 elevator. On one of the days, the elevator broke down and was out of commission for a few hours. During that time, no housekeeping or room service was possible. More importantly, one of the guests in our group with mobility issues was literally room bound. Could not access the restaurant or room service. The rest of us could and did use the stairs.

This is an absolutely fantastic facility. Staff especially Kewin was very curteous and very helpful. Facility has beautiful layout, very clean, rooms were superb and the whole ambience was excellent.

Clean room, courteous staff, good food!

What stood out in Hyatt Place was the staff especially in the dining area. Keze from Kohima Nagaland. She was such a wonderful person, good natured and smiling. The Head Chef Dhan Bhadur from Nepal was also amazing. He made sure I got meals which were less spicy. The others too were very kind. I was very touched by the farewell pastry that they served and took a group photo. This is what made the arduous trip to and from Hampi bearable since the hotel is an hour away. From the sites.

Good amenities, good food

I paid a significantly higher cost than what the rooms were worth, under the garb of dynamic pricing. The costs being quoted were much lower just before & during the period of our stay. The rooms had issues and the menu was limited. Definitely didn't meet our expectations from a Hyatt property and the charges we paid!

The property was further than I thought it was to Hampi. The spa is excellent.

Very spacious rooms. Rooms very clean. Very hospitable staff.

Beautiful property. One of a kind. Good food and the location of the restaurant is superb. Only issue is the gps took me through a old access they have and at night that was a bit scary. I was with a defender otherwise i would be in stress with a saloon

Hotel staff are extremely helpful, great service. Monisha from the restaurant went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed

Very nice property and friendly staff.

The property is being upgraded and the it’s located in a safe zone within the JSW township. The service provided by the staff was excellent and there was positive energy within all the staff members. The spa was good and well maintained. Overall, a good experience.
