Extremely run down property. I'm embarrassed to even stay at this location. I've never seen a Hampton Inn run down so bad.

Didn't get the reservation I paid for, keys to room didn't work, breakfast wasn't good, and trash cans outside were full

We didn’t travel with our dog, but saw many other guests who did. Glad to see a hotel accommodating those travelers. Hotel could use a few updates. A wall panel in elevator was falling off. Room entryway ceiling light rattles when guests above our room walk/bounced around. Double queen room- no bugs detected! Thank goodness… and trust me- I looked very hard in every nook and cranny. However, one of the beds in our room showed signs of previous infestation on the box spring cover. If you’ve ever seen what that looks like then you know when you see it. Would recommend trashing that cover and replacing with new one. We didn’t use the pool, but did see others enjoying it. Breakfast- We went down for breakfast at 8:45. Only saw one person manning the kitchen so I won’t fault the employee for not being able to keep up with items that need replacing. I did observe that employee trying/doing their best. I’m sure it’s not easy by yourself. Adding another person would help keep things stocked and tables clean for guests to have a good breakfast. That employee and desk employees were all very helpful and friendly. There is a police department about 2 blocks down the street and a hospital less than a mile down the side road which was nice to see in case of an emergency.

Pool was way warmer than my last visit. Staff were nice and accommodating

This was a very positive stay experience and I'll stay here again when in this area. One thing that really pleasantly surprised me is that they had the room air conditioning already on and the room was nice and cool when I got there. I don't remember when the last time a hotel did that automatically. Maybe a small detail in some people's minds, but it really impressed me right as I walked in the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. No complaints. Will stay again.

We woke up with bug bites!!!!

Pro - clean, safe, good breakfast, good value Con - No maid service even though they promised it every other day. We were there four days and though we kept requesting it at the front desk no one ever came. We had to get TP, towels, coffee etc. unfortunate

Stay was very nice. We were on the 4th floor and the clerk behind the desk let us know what was the closest entrance with minimal walking for my mom, who cannot walk long distances. We got to the elevator easily. Everything was nice and comfortable!

Hotel room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and was good.

Everything was fine. The floors in the hotel were a little sticky when walking in the dining area and the hallways were so fridgedly cold. The breakfast option didn't look great so we ended up eating on our own. The service we received from everyone there was great. Whoever came in and cleaned our room while we were out on Sunday did a great job.
