Excelente lugar

Husband and I stayed for one week. We loved having pancakes in the morning and walking to the park and museums during the day. There are some great lunch and dinner options just around the blocks of the hotel. The place was well kept, the staff was amazing and lovely even though we don’t speak much Spanish. We would definitely stay there again… please note in Mexico City. You place toilet paper in the trash everywhere you go, but all the comforts of home!

This is a great deal. Pedro and Sandria host a wonderful breakfast. Not too fancy which is what we like. The area is really close to some amazing restaurants and taco places.

Neighborhood is great. Hotel a little old but nice and clean.

Loved the rooftop area for evening relaxing and breakfast. All staff was great and very helpful, especially the breakfast crew. Loved the location and rooms!

This place is the best the staff is awesome and this place really makes you feel like home 🙏

Fantastic area

This hotel claims it’s a 4 star hotel. In all honesty it’s a 2 at most. The best thing about this place is the neighborhood it’s located in. The TV remote would not work, I had to keep getting up to turn on and off. Towels were so worn out that some of them had stains and tears. Practically no lighting because it was sooo dim and one of our overhead lights would not turn on. The product line for shampoo and conditionner advertised on the website was false, and you’re lucky if you find someone at the reception after 6/7 pm . Hit or miss. The breakfast was awful, I attached an image of the omelette that was burnt, orange juice was poured from a store bought box and the chef is also your server and your maintenance person… For the price, quality was SUBPAR. I would not recommend.

The staff were lovely and we appreciated how spacious our room was as well as our private sauna. We used it every night! The biggest detractor was the loud music from the bar downstairs. The room was advertised as soundproof but we didn’t find that to be the case. That being said - I think we would stay here again - the neighbourhood cannot be beat!

Desde el primer momento que nos dieron la habitación, un día jueves, reporté que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La chica de recepción del día viernes no tenia idea de este reporte, volvió a ¨hacer el reporte¨ el mismo día en la noche me notificaron que el día sábado en la mañana iría el técnico (mi ultima noche), para mi sorpresa cuando llegue el sábado el aire acondicionado estaba exactamente igual, seguía dañado. en conclusión todos los días que estuve allí "me dieron el avión" como se dice aquí. Pedí cambio de habitación desde el primer día por este inconveniente y tampoco lo gestionaron. Otro problema que tiene el edificio (supongo) es que el baño en las noches olía a cloaca horrible. muy mal olor insoportable. tenia que colocar todas las toallas húmedas tapando cualquier hueco del baño. Terrible. Lamentable pero a este hotel no volvería. Ubicación excelente, instalaciones aceptables (si te toca una hab. que todo funcione), colchon comodo, sabanas limpias.

I would definitely stay here again!
