The room keys are very sensitive and kept getting erased, which meant I had to go back to reception multiple times during my trip to get them reset and working again. The hotel is basic, but very comfortable and full of character, located in a quiet part of town, yet very central.

This hotel hasn't got a reception desk. Check in is done at the sister hotel, Medium Romantic, which is nearby. The staff at the reception was very wellcoming and helpful. Breakfast, at an extra cost, is also served here. Very good, plenty of choices, great staff. Highly recommend the breskfast. Our room was clean and good size with a balcony to seat out. Air condotining was goo and effective. Plenty storage for our clothes. Would've liked the matress to be more comfortable. The building is lovely but being old sound proofing wasn't very effective. At times we could hear noise from rooms next to us and hallway. Room was cleaned daily. Overall, happy with our stay.

Es mi lugar favorito en Sitges

A simple clean hotel located very close to the centre of Sitges. Nice breakfast in the sister hotel about 100 m away.

Room was clean but a bit shabby, door lock was problematic and did not function properly.

Lovely building but with the large ceilings on the 1st floor that had the terraces meant with the tiled floors that every noise echoed. Spent 5 nights here and 3 were disturbed by noisy guests talking loudly on the terrace or slamming doors. The terraces also have no privacy barrier so you are literally next to your fellow guests when using it. Would we stay again probably only if the price was super competitive. Great location though for getting around.

The hotel was adequate and average. Nothing terrible to advise.. My only complaint would be that there is not any reception/front desk at this hotel.. you find yourself locked out when you arrive and you have to walk to the hotel down the street and around the corner to check in. I used the buzzer to inquire and advised the girl that i was here to check in and she was very rude and unfriendly. So, while this hotel is fine, i would not stay here again.

Staff very helpful. Lovely and good value breakfast. Hotel has lots of charm, although a little dated. AC is a wall unit which was not very effective. Lovely outdoor and indoor spaces to lounge and play games . Quiet street.

La insonorización es inexistente. Escuchas TODO lo que pasa en las habitaciones, pasillo, escaleras y calle. No hay ascensor. La cama y las almohadas son muy incomodasas. Lo positivo: el desayuno es espectacular (lo mejor), la amabilidad del personal, estética del hotel estilo casa modernista y localización.

De gamle autentiske lokaler var en oplevelse i sig selv, skal alt være moderne og nyt, er dette ikke stedet for dig, men kan du glæde dig over et lækkert gammelt Hotel, er stedet et god valg.

Teleurstellend verblijf deze keer. Kamer 3 was koud door slecht werkende verwarming en warm water was na 5 minuten douchen op. Jammer.

Tenia reserva en hotel medium renaixanca, lo qual tiene habitaciónes grande con escritorio! para trabajar, y dispone de hervidor de agua para hacer un café/té. Por desgracia el hotel cambió (sin aviso) la pernoctacion a hotel medium romantic, lo qual no tiene esas qualidades mencionadas.
