방이너무 작고 바로 문을 열면 침대가 있어서..예민한사람은 지나가는 소리가 다들릴정도로 방음이 안되요ㅠㅠ 생각보다 다운타운이랑 거리가 좀 있어서 걸어다니는거 싫어하시는분은 힘들듯하네요 저는 우버타고 다녔는데 우버비용이 만만치않아요..다운타운 한번 가면 9파운드이상 나오고 어딜가든 5파운드 이상 줘야 하는거리라서 걷는거 싫어하시면 좀 불편해요. 지하철 타고 다니실라면 7분정도 거리에 지하철역이 있긴해요.날씨가 좋으면 다행인데..거의 비가 와서..ㅠㅠ그거 빼고는 나머지는 괜찮았어요.직원들은 친절했어요.

지리적이나, 호텔환경, 직원들의 친절함,,모든게 좋았던 호텔.

런던 중앙에 위치하고 지하철과도 가까워서 이동이 편리하고, 주변에 barbican center나 waitrose, tesco 등의 좋은 시설이 있어 좋았습니다. 그리고 옆 식당에서 제공하는 조식의 품질도 훌륭합니다. 무엇보다도 직원들이 친절하여 도움을 받을 수 있어 지내는게 편하였습니다.

Horrific customer service. Emailed 6 times and sent various messages but ignored every single time without so much as an acknowledgement.

Best hotel staff in London

Welcome on my arrival from Roshan, (apologies if I have not spelt that correctly) was warm, friendly and efficient and just set the tone for a great stay. Quality of the room for the price I paid was really impressive and I would definitely stay again.

Room was a little tired. The light over the coffee maker and kettle would not switch off. There is a massive industrial fan outside the window which ran all night. Room 11. The bed was uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good but you need to upgrade your coffee machine. The espresso was terrible. Other then that couldn't fault it

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and great location

The hotel could really use a proper renovation. It looks and feels worn and dated, including the fixtures and fittings in the room. Not worth the £200 I paid for a night. There was no bathrobe, no face cloth. The shower was no doubt from the 90s or early 00s.

The hotel promised a lot but failed to deliver. A big disappointment. Poor customer service and communication

We were 3 ladies staying to go to the theatre. Great location for the Barbican (1 min walk). Most eateries shut because it’s the city and they don’t open at weekends. Room was good. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there was only 2 of everything in the room. Two cups, two glasses, two waters etc. but overall a pleasant stay.

I stayed at the Townhouse across the road from the main Montcalm Brewery. The room was a little tired with scrapes on the wallpaper and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Having said that it was a decent size with all amenities. Breakfast was also a little chaotic and they forgot my order twice. The reception staff were very accommodating and the hotel is very convenient for the city. Price was ok.

The property needs a little updating and upkeep, my door on the inside looked like it had been kicked in and then just left

Lovely hotel with ultra clean rooms, modern and all the amenities that you would need.

Ideal location for walking or using the tube, staff so friendly always looking to help. Room spotless with everything needed for a short stay. Will book again.
