Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir

The location of the hotel is great. Its close to many nice venues and the sea. The breakfast was exceptional. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was its indoor pool but it was closed dıring our stay, so we couldn't use it. Most of the staff were very helpful and nice. Thanks to the staff member who took our luggage to the room on 6th July. He was very polite and helpful during our whole stay.

The location was excellent, staff were very polite and helpful, but the mattress was desaster, middle of the mattress was sunk, we woke up with back pain despite of complaining and the promise they made to take care of it they didn’t and my friend is still suffering from back pain.

Genelde iyi bir konaklama oldu. Yalnızca iki konu rahatsız etti. Geç saatte barda bir şeyler içmek istedik ancak teras masalarının kirliliği iyi değildi. Akşam yemeği sonrası silinmemiş. Ekibinde herhalde mesai sonu olduğundan aralarındaki rahat şakalaşmaları hoş değildi. Ayrıca çıkışta vale arabamızı getirdiğinde arabanın içinde sigara ve alkol kokusu vardı. Havalandırmak zorunda kaldık. Bunlar haricinde giriş, resepsiyon görevlileri ve odamızdan memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Otel temizliği, personelin güler yüzü ve misafirperverliği, ve zengin kahvaltısı ile herkese tavsiye edeceğim bir hotel. Lokasyon olarak da çok iyiydi.

I experienced wonderful service at all the hotels I stayed in in Turkey- 5 over 8 nights - but the friendliness & service of the staff at the Renaissance surpassed everyone. We were welcomed warmly, and there was atmosphere of genuine helpfulness. The breakfasts & restaurant staff were amazing. I didn’t get their names but had personal help and conversation with Erkut, Basak, Sila, and Uleu who made my stay all the more pleasant. I enjoyed a swim in the spa each day plus sauna. I would highly recommend this hotel - also short walk to the pier. Thank you to all the staff for making this stay a safe and delightful experience.

Nice hotel with a GREAT staff. They really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Great breakfast spread too. Great choice.

Çok güzel tertemiz bir hotel...biz oda kahvaltı olarak konakladık... kahvaltısı gayet iyidi... merkezi yerde olması çok büyük avantaj... otopark olarak kendine ait yok ama anlaşmalı otoparkı var... hotelin valesine anahtarı teslim ettim... ertesi gün aynı şekilde teslim aldım.. güncel olarak 450₺ idi... ayrıca hotel saat kulesi ve Kemeraltı çarşısına 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde

temiz oda merkezi konum ve çalışanların hem profesyonel hem de işlerini severek yaptıklarını belli etmeleri

2 gece konakladım, otel konforlu, olanakları ve konumu iyi. Açık büfe kahvaltısı harika. Ayrıca tüm personele profesyonellik ve nezaketleri için teşekkür ederiz. Bir dahaki konaklamamızda kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

Renaissance Izmir Hotel’de konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım. Odalar temiz ve oldukça konforluydu. Özellikle konumu sayesinde birçok yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Personel ilgili ve nazikti. İzmir’e tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle yeniden tercih ederim.
