직원분들이 정말 친절했어요! 위치도 최고예요, 주변에 맛집도 많고요! GS25랑 세븐일레븐도 가까워서 좋았고, 객실도 정말 편안했어요. 매일 청소도 해주시고요. 이비스 익선동에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 두 살배기 딸아이와 함께 갔는데 직원분들이 아이에게도 정말 친절하게 대해주셨어요. 아, 그리고 지하에 헬스장, 코인 세탁실, 온천탕도 있어서 편리했어요.

위치도 좋고 서비스도 완벽했어요. 4박 5일 동안 묵었는데, 이틀 동안 비가 왔는데 호텔에서 우산을 빌려주셨어요. 호텔 바로 앞에 있는 버거가 정말 맛있었어요.

위치와 서비스가 훌륭해서 다음에 서울을 방문하면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

프런트 데스크 직원은 항상 친절하고 영어에 능숙하여 의사소통이 쉽고 우리의 요구 사항이 충족되도록 했습니다. 우리는 머무는 동안 환영받고 잘 지원받았다고 느꼈습니다.

Nhiệt độ phòng để hơi cao, tôi cảm thấy rất nóng, phải nhờ nhân viên dọn phòng bổ sung thêm quạt, nhưng lại bị ồn khó ngủ… khách sạn nên xem lại vấn đề này. Xin cảm ơn!

Tôi đã có 3 kì nghỉ tại IBis Insadong thật sự đối với tôi là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Nhân viên lễ tân và dọn phòng rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình, dễ mến. Luôn tạo cho tôi có cảm giác rất thân thiện và gần gũi như đang ở nhà mình vậy. Vị trí khách sạn thuận tiện đi lại, gần các điểm du lịch, mua sắm. Rất ấn tượng. Quả là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Tôi đã đặt 4 đêm cho kì nghỉ tháng 4 sắp tới của tôi. ❤️

Very nice hotel to stay, location is superb near to subway Station.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to have early check in at 11am. The location is great convenience store in front and beside the hotel. Many restaurant and coffee shops within walking distance. 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station which have 3 different lines so its very convenient to travel around seoul.

Great location: located in between palace, anguk and jongno 3-ga, and changdeokgung airport bus terminal makes it easily accessed by public transport. Staff is also very friendly. But there are two minus: (1) room's wall is not very thick, so noise from next door might still be heard (Please also refrain from making too much noise during the stay) and (2) the shower, even after the valve is turned off, there is always some (quite a lot actually) excess water falling from the handle when returned to its holder (which means the excess water will run through your arm, since the shower holder is placed on top)

완벽한 호텔입니다. 1. 객실이 매우 깨끗합니다. 2. 리셉션 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 세심하게 도와주셨습니다. 문 앞까지 배웅해 주시고 무거운 짐도 옮겨 주셨습니다. 3. 정말 편리한 위치입니다. - 인사동 지하철역까지 5~7분 거리입니다. - 문화, 수공예 고택, 조계사(유명하고 아름다운 사찰)까지 3~5분 거리입니다. - 창덕궁까지 5~10분 거리입니다. - 이비스 호텔 주변 골목길에는 작고 멋진 레스토랑과 커피숍이 많이 있으며, 도보로 3~5분 거리에 있습니다. - 저녁에는 포장마차와 상점들이 많아 더욱 편리합니다. (호텔에서 3피트 거리에 있습니다.)

The location is not too far from stations and Ssamziegil. If you travel max. 4 people, you can get a taxi to go to some palaces because the price will be equal to public transportation fare. This hotel is surrounded by some minimarkets, very convenient.
