Cama excelente, café da manhã completo, hotel antigo com boas instalações, mas mobília precisa de melhoras. A acústica do quarto foi terrível.

A equipe deste hotel é excepcional. Com certeza é o ponto alto. As áreas comuns, como piscina são excelentes também. O café da manhã é um show a parte. Muita variedade de tudo. Em resumo, local incrível.

Cheguei ao hotel por volta das 4h da manhã em razão do horário do meu voo e paguei a diária justamente para garantir que o quarto estivesse disponível nesse horário. No entanto, o quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de cigarro e a água quente do chuveiro não funcionava. No dia seguinte, o quarto foi trocado, mas o box do banheiro vazava, molhando todo o ambiente. O hotel, de modo geral, aparenta ser bastante antigo e necessita de manutenção. No domingo, precisei sair cedo e a funcionária responsável pelo café da manhã foi um pouco rude no atendimento. Além disso, o hotel não permite o uso da Netflix nas televisões dos quartos, o que também foi um ponto negativo para mim.

3 times I told the hotel via Expedia that my husband would check into the hotel before me because I was arriving very late (after midnight). The hotel did not welcome or acknowledge my request, nor did it respond. I have the feeling that the messages to / from me and the hotel via Expedia are not actually helpful. We have been going to the same hotel for probably 10 years when in Salvador, but they always act like we are strangers.

Custo benefício não valeu à pena por ter tido algumas falhas de manutenção básicas: Chuveiro apresentou problema na água quente Telefone sem linha Televisão, supostamente smart, mas sem acesso à internet

I have to say I was somewhat disappointed in the hotel. The location was fairly good. The buffet breakfast was not great but hard to say what I was expecting from Salvador but overall, I give it a five or six out of 10. The seals and all the windows were blown out. The windows were gray and foggy, and the room smelled damp and wet. We had to move one of our guests or fellow travelers room because it was moldy inside.

Hotel precisa de reforma. Banheiros velhos com papel de parede descolando. Vazamento no teto do banheiro. Móveis do quarto antigos mas ok. Lobby do hotel com cheiro ruim de mofo. A café da minha com muita variedade mas baixa qualidade. A tapioca e o omelete são horríveis. Opções de comida para serviço de quarto bem fraca, o melhor restaurante do hotel não entrega no quarto. Só vale a pena se estiver em promoção.

The room was very damp my clothes were damp, to the point they started smelling. The room had no centre ceiling lighting and I have a lighting condition with my eyes. I could not see properly very poor lighting. After a few days breakfast became boring, the same thing over and over again. They was no effect made to replenish the herbal tea. I was very disappointed.

Amazing staff, beautifully decorated hotel with loads of local art. Breakfast was voluminous and reflected local traditions and offered many options. It was great to be able to sit outside on a verdant patio in the shade with a breeze. Pool was beautiful. A/C room controllable. The only thing that was not perfect was the clear evidence of mildew/mold on the edges of the shower and shower nozzles. It's very easy to clean with vinegar in my experience. Not sure how it is missed. My colleagues mentioned the same.
