편안하고 좋은 장소예요굳입니다

지금까지 첸나이 호텔 중 가장 쾌적했음. 다음에도 갈 예정임

전체적으로 서비스늘 상당히 친절하고 괜찮습니다. 다만, 인도 특성상 몬순시즌 기간이라 침구의 꿉꿉함이 있어서 다소 불편한 부분이 있었네요. 조식은 so so 입니다. 아,, 그리고 엘레베이터 중간에 정전 때문인지 5분~10분 정도 갇혀 있었습니다 😭

동남아 특유의 습한 냄새가 약간 나는거 빼고는 모두 만족할만하였습니다

I've been for 2 weeks (04th Feb to 17th Feb) in Westin Chennai and they were all welcoming and delightful. Room condition was always in crisp and clean. Comparing with Park Chennai and Hyatt regency Chennai, I would definately choose Westin Chennai. In terms of distance from civic center, hotel located little far from city center. However, hotel also serves car services with reasonable price.

It was a good stay overall. However I had to change rooms twice, because the rooms smelled, that is musty odor. Also in the second room, wifi signal was too weak. Anyways hotel staff was so kind and eager to help. Finally the third didn't smell and wifi was acceptable. There are several options for food inside the hotel.

이번 출장중에 묵었던 첸나이의 여타 호텔(하얏트리젠시, 크라운)보다 외형은 작은 편이지만, 훨씬 깨끗하고 친절했던 곳. 조식도 훌륭했으며, 객실의 전반적인 상태나 크기는 다른 호텔에 비해 월등히 좋았음. 도보로 10분 내 거리에 피닉스몰이 있어 편의성도 좋았으나, 와이파이가 유료인 점은 아쉬움.

깨끗하고 편안한 숙박이었습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했으며, 1층의 조식 레스토랑도 훌륭했습니다.

호텔직원의 불친절한 응대에 기분은 상했지만, 전반적으로 만족했습니다.

서비스나 관리상태, 모든 면에서 매우 만족하였음. 특히, SPG회원에 대한 late check-out 서비스는 매우 훌륭하였음. 단, 조식부페 수준은, 평범한 수준임(Trident 호텔이 더 좋았음)

Very helpful staff. Excellent experience

I have booked a couple of groups here and have paid for breakfast ahead of time. The Westin says I haven't paid for breakfast and makes my guest pay again. They say it is hotels.com not booking with them correctly but either way they should make it right when I show them the booking that is already paid says breakfast included.

Husband is gluten intolerant the chef (Darwen?) went out of his way to help my husband choose his food and even cooked him rice especially and offered to cook him a curry as well. His service was incredible!

Very nice

The hotel was very nice and easy to reach from the airport. The only problem was that the room smelled of dampness so much that it gave me a headache and I had to leave the room because I wasn't feeling well. I asked for a dehumidifier and they sent an air purifier which made it a little better. I was able to stay in the room but be sure to ask for a room that does not have a dampness issue.

Very nice hotel to stay, rooms, facilities, all is very good.

It’s conveniently located, closed to Phoenix mall , good options for walking and staff very friendly
