전체적으로 가격대비 준수한 곳입니다. 풀도 관리가 a급은 아니고 좀 작지만 선베드 훌륭합니다. 직원들도 매우 친절합니다.

전체적인 방은 마음에 들었다. 사우스비치에 위치해 있어서 주차비가 하루에 $34, 리조트 사용료가 $12,50 그리고 Tax가 붙는다. 하루에 $50이란 돈이 추가적으로 들어가고 아침조식이 포함되어 있지 않아서 추가로 구매해야하는 번거로움이 있었다. 차가 있다면 사우스비치 메인이 아닌 주변에 숙박을 하는것을 추천하고 싶다. 차가 없다면 이정도 가격은 지불해야 깨끗하고 좋은 호텔에서 숙박이 가능하니 참고하길 바랍니다.

위치는 좋지만 가격대비 시설이별로입니다. 인터넷이나 모 다른 무슨무슨비용하면서 붙는비용들도 있고 한동은 엘리베이터도 없는등. 시설도 그리 만족스럽진않았어요

El aire no servía no pudimos dormir bien, el aire para y trabajaba el fan, para poder que enfriara nos levantamos en la madrugada para pagarlo y luego prenderlo, las paredes sucia, había muchas hormigas, hasta en mi cama, almohada incomodas igual que las camas hacían un ruido que mis hijos no pudieron dormir, primera vez me pasa esto, que desagradable, llegue a las 3:00 a chequear la entrada y me dieron el cuarto a las 5:30 a 6:00 y me dieron creo el peor cuarto. No lo recomiendo para familia.

Pros: location, check in staff were nice Con: no onsite parking - it is 2 blocks away and costs $55 per day or park in a 'self parking area which are very sketchy. Hotel needs an update. Pool was closed and you had to drive 5 minutes to get to their sister hotel with pool.

Beds and room were comfy. The bathroom was VERY small with absolutely no counter space to put any toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was being renovated so we were given a wristband to access the pool at another hotel. Overall, we had a nice stay and were able to walk to a restaurant and to shop.

Gostei bastante do espaço, única reclamação é que nos acomodaram no terceiro andar de um prédio anexo que NÃO TEM ELEVADOR. Eu passei por uma cirurgia no joelho recentemente e tive dificuldade para subir e descer as escadas. Relatei para a recepcionista, mas indicou que não tinha outra acomodação para nos alocar.

We stayed for 7 nights for a conference. Amazing location, quiet & safe. Easy access to the beach and shopping area. Rooms were big and clean. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly

Great location to feel the vibe of the city. I forgot my beats headphones and they saved them for me! Honest staff.

Service excelente clean and really close to stores restaurants convention center and the most important the beach!!! The only thing I didn’t like was the bed every time you move was making noises and it wasn’t comfortable

This is the worst hotel I have dealt with. I’m a frequent flyer and this hotel has been by far the worst experience. Very unprofessional, impossible to communicate with. They weren’t willing to finish a resolution for us. They refused to give us an our refund even though we ended up not staying. Total thieves.

It was a really good stay. It was a last minute book and the pricing was right. The service was phenomenal and I had the best drinks at the hotel rather than on the strip. Definitely would plan to stay again. Only one caveat was the elevator being broken but they will help with luggage!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located, close to great restaurant, walking distance to the beach and great shopping close by. Will definitely stay here again. Staff is very kind and accommodating

The hotel didn’t have any elevator so I had to carry my suitcase up three flights of stairs. I was there for shopping so that was not convenient. The parking was $70 a night which was an inconvenience and across the street.

There were no elevators, so it made it difficult for some members of our family to go up and down the stairs. The beds were average. The cleanliness standards were average. The location was good. But overall, not worth the money spent.

Wir suchten preiswertes Hotel in Miami Beach und buchten das Pestana, da es nahe des Strand und des Ocean Drive liegt und auch einen Pool hat. Als wir ankamen wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und wir waren von unserem Zimmer sehr angetan. In den 4 Tagen hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub, das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, darüber hinaus wurden jeden Tag die benutzten Kaffeepads im Zimmer durch neue ausgetauscht. In der Lobby steht immer aromataiertes Wasser und Kaffee zur freien Vergüngung und am Pool gab es einen Wasserspender. Darüber hinaus bekommt man täglich Poolhandtücher, die man auch am Strand nutzen kann, zu dem man an der Rezeption auch täglich Gutscheine zu den hoteleigenen Liegen am Strand bekommt. Wir würden immer wieder gerne buchen wenn wir in Miami sind. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit!
