The Deluxe Room is great for unwinding, very spacious with a large tub & bed. Complete toiletries provided. Room features might need a bit of refresh but everything still functions well. Roofdeck view is nice with a small pool. Breakfast spread is delicious but not large, just enough for the hotel size. Staff are friendly and always ready to assist. Would love to return.

I didn’t expect the hotel to have great rooms since looking from the outside of the hotel, it seems like it was just one of the normal designs. Staff were great! They were trained very well. There were many food choices during breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed was heavenly! Will be staying there again next time. Thank you Best Western Plus Lex!

Nice room, strong wifi connection

The service was really excellent. I availed this via a promo and I was really amazed! - Memory foam mattress topper - Large King-sized bed - Option for early check in without additional charges (2~3 hrs before actual check-in time) - Amazing infinity pool - Excellent luggage storage services (they have a storage room) - Toilet was exceptional It's a bang for the buck! :)

Great stay and worth every penny.

The room and bath where we stayed were immaculate. The bed is probably a grand king (not so sure of the terms but it's definitely way bigger than standard beds good for two). The buffet breakfast (which was already included in the room rate) while not very sumptuous, includes dishes you don't ordinarily get to dine on ordinary days: cold cuts, some variety of cheese and pasta. The coffee is a letdown though- it was kind of diluted but still, it was freshly brewed. All in all everything was more value for my peso.
