안 좋은 점: 제가 갔을 때에는 건물 외벽이 공사중이었습니다. 창 밖을 보면 철책으로 인부들이 오르내리는 프레임이 있어서 미관상 보기 안 좋았습니다. 그리고 계단의 경사가 심한데 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐을 가진 여행객이나 거동이 불편한 사람은 이용이 어려울 것 같습니다. 좋은 점: 오후에 바에서 제공하는 해피아워가 있으며, 이때 맥주를 비롯한 음료수를 무료로 마실 수 있습니다. 바에서 연결된 테라스가 운하를 바라볼 수 있어 분위기가 좋았습니다.

도로 밑 지하에 위치한 룸이었는데 창문을 열어놓아서 먼지가 다 쌓여있는 채로 들어가 제가 청소했던 기억이... 방크기나 욕실은 암스테르담에서 가격대비 만족할만 합니다

호텔 로비가 작아 좀 놀라긴 했지만 그에 비해 룸은 깨끗하고 청결하며 넓다고 해도 괜찮을 정도- 조용한 곳에 위치해서 늦게까지 다니기 좀 애매했지만 낮엔 동네도 깨끗하고 걸어서 10분 정도 되는 거리에 국립미술관도 있고 하이네켄 체험관도 있고 도보로 관광다니기 괜찮은 위치- 직원들 친절하고 깨끗하고 룸도 모던하고 좋은데 방음이 좀 취약함. 이런거 신경안쓰는 성격이라 괜찮았지만 소음에 좀 민감한 사람에게는 좀 비추- 중앙역까지 연결되는 4번 트램이 도보2분 정도 거리라 이동하기에 매우 편했음 조식도 맛있고 괜찮음.

nice rooms, excellent staff

This hotel is on the major road! I was given #1room in the bst nice and spacious but close to the building kitchen, and noise from ppl. walking by the window and Tram on the street was too much for me, I was unable to sleep. I complained I was given another room #22 very tiny and ugly floor. That place needs to be renovated.

Personnel courtois. Chambre assez quelconque. Très difficile de régler l'eau à température. Et les toilettes installées comme dans un aquarium.

Hotel was clean and tidy and in a good position in the city. Breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Overall, very pleased with the stay at the hotel. One small issue was a broken toilet seat which was reported on Sunday but not fixed before we left on Wednesday.

Room set up well, very clean with enough room to store our clothes. Decent coffeemaker. Wonderful view of canal with small balcony to sit out. Staff were excellent! Very helpful in assisting with our luggage up and down the stairs and providing good info on restaurants and nearby activities. Enjoyed breakfast and happy hour! Good location for walking to places

La chambre quadruple est très bien pour une famille avec 2 enfants, chambre au calme avec une belle vue sur le canal. Hotel très bien situé pour visiter les différents points d’intérêt.

I was fortunate enough to spend my 60th birthday in Amsterdam.. the staff were sweet in helping me celebrate with a bottle of delicious kava and very nice birthday card. The room was clean, breakfast amazing and so nice to taste what good coffee is like, coming from the US I have forgotten! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be staying there again if we get back to Amsterdam. Sad to leave!

Room not very nice at all. Very narrow with no bedside tables so can’t put anything next to you. Have to get out of bed by the bottom of the bed! Not very clean down by the side of the bed. Canal view - small porthole type windows. Pictures are over advertising the canal aspect. Room needs a good redecoration. Bathroom slightly better. Shut the bathroom door and the whole shower rail fell off. Water everywhere after a shower as shower curtain not waterproof! The only saving grace is the staff. They are lovely and very friendly and a nice touch we had a note with a gift left on the bed after a day out, clearly listened to what we had said we were doing as a trip. Also the free open bar daily was a bonus. Sadly disappointed in this hotel!
