This is hotel is smoking hotel! No good room condition We are need no smoking room. Only bigger size room This is hotel check point : smoking smell 이호텔 담배 냄새가 많이나서 머리가 아픈 호텔임. このホテルのルームコンディションと匂いは最悪です。 特にタバコの臭いがひどいです。 他のホテルをお勧めします。 這家酒店的室內裝修和味道最差。 特別是煙味特別難聞。 推薦其他酒店。 La salle de séjour et l'odeur sont les pires. L'odeur du tabac est particulièrement horrible. Je recommande un autre hôtel.

一間很舊的萬豪

Spotless spacious room. Enjoyed having a robe, slippers and extra towels to relax in the mornings.

I had a terrible experience the first thing I walked in. Went to reception and waited for 40 minutes for check in. There was only one customer being served but it took so long. There was only 1 person working at the counter. Then as I waited, another customer showed up and then some one from the back counter went to help them and skipped us. I was absolutely furious as I was waiting in line to be served but they skipped me. I then complained to the front staff member saying this is not acceptable. We are also a high tier Marriott member but my status is not accepted due to it being an apartment and not hotel. I understand if there is only 1 person providing service but to skip me and then serve someone else when they arrive is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Also, the whole executive apartments were very old and did not look like the website. The steam room did not work and the breakfast buffet was terrible. If I knew this, I would have booked the hotel instead. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Alway enjoy staying there

酒店裝修已老化，厠所的裝修脫下來，電掣都脫下來，內裡有燒過痕跡，有點兒失望。

It’s been over 7 years since I stayed there last… the room finishes hasn’t aged well but still a nice spacious room knowing the hotel is over 10 years old

早餐極少選擇像是臨時搭建一樣，房大所以清潔度有一定問題，布梳化一坐就比野咬。職員態度好但大部份都欠缺專業知識。

酒店房好大好新亁淨舒適，服務員態度非常友善熱情❤️，隔離就是商場非常方便，下次會再入住

Two bedroom Suite has two bathrooms. The suite is very spacious and has very high ceiling. It was quite a comfortable stay. The hotpot dinner included in the package was very good. All service personnel were excellent. Sadly, temperature of the room could not be adjusted even though control panel of the ventilation system appeared to be adjustable. The ventilation system made the room very hot at night, but very cold around sunrise.
