건물이 새로 지어서 그런지 깨끗하고 침대도 너무 좋아요 아쉬운 점은 아침식사가 별로고, 단체 숙박객이 많아 정신이 없더군요. 주변도 별로 둘러볼만한게 없어요.

저희는 관광목적이었는데 공항에서 늦게 도착해서 공항 인근호텔로 이 호텔을 선택하게 되었어요. 공항에서 호텔까지 셔틀이 있는데 저희가 너무 늦게 도착해 셔틀이 운행하지 않아서 택시를 탔구요, 주변에 메트로나 트램 정거장이 가깝지 않아서 그런건 불편했어요. 하지만 객실은 정말 너무 좋았어요. 넓고 무엇보다 침대가 아주 편안했구요, 제가 외국 음식이 입에 잘 맞지 않아서 그렇지만, 조식도 종류가 굉장히 많이 나와요. 공항뿐 아니라 탁심이나 쇼핑몰에 연결시켜주는 셔틀도 운행이 되네요.

Toz temizlik problemi vardı. Oda müşteriye teslim edimeden önce kontrol edilmemiş. (Sigortaları atmıştı kendim kaldırdım) diğer her şey her şey normaldi.

The rooms were great, nice and spacious. Staff service was inconsistent and in room dining and restaurant (outside of breakfast) was inconvenient and difficult to access.

The staff very caring and friendly . But the hotel and rooms very tired old over used need alot of investing from beds bathroom and cleaning the location is another let down in middle of traffic and busy earea not easy to get around at all

Their air-conditioning only operates to heat up the room which I thought it was odd because I can’t go to sleep unless it’s like super cold and the room was extremely hot with the heat off. Also, their breakfast is extremely expensive in comparison to what I paid for the room.

Restoran bolumu icin sunu soyleyebilirim , yemekler harika seflerin ellerine saglik , fiyatlar gayet makul , otel musterisi olmadan cevrede olan birisi iseniz muhakkak yemekleri deneyimleyiniz , tebrikler ederim .

Breakfast was ok, should have a better coffee machine and juice.

The hotel room is not in good shape, very old and dingy! Smells like sewage in room sometimes and although we had a non smoking room, all rooms and the hotel smells like smoking.

Non abbiamo trovato la struttura, aggiornare le informazioni su Google Maps, per cercare l’albergo la polizia ci ha sequestrato la macchina,abbiamo dovuto optare per un altra soluzione

Pros: Excellent breakfast; Professional and welcoming staff; Good amenities Cons: Reservations were canceled twice without a clear explanation, though the third attempt worked. We had a complimentary upgrade, but the assigned room had a strong odor; we declined the upgrade to move to a clean room.

Les chambres bien, couettes trop petites pour la taille du lit. Problème de communication sur le site expédia ont annoncé une navette gratuite pour le mall hors il faut payer. A aucun moment il y a une communication qu’il faut un bonnet pour aller à la piscine, il est vendu plus de 10€ par personne. Sinon pour le reste plutôt agréable le personnel.

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Guter Frühstück am Morgen, Kaffee aus dem Automaten, für mich keine 5 Sterne standard.
