도심에서는 조금 떨어져있지만 시설, 서비스가 훌륭했습니다.

프론트직원이 매우친절하고 청결상태도 매우좋았습니다 생일이라고했더니 귀여운 젤리도선물로 주시고 만족스러운 숙박이였습니다 특히 화장실이 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋습니다 호텔자체로는 정말만족스럽지만 시내나 관광지와는 살짝 거리가있습니다

서비스가 휼륭하였습니다. 지하철이 가까워 접근성이 매우 좋았습니다.

Closest Metro was closed because of construction which ended up being less convenient.

Hotel confortável e com bom atendimento, localizado em área residencial agradavel, acesso a pé a atrações se você se dispõe a caminhar cerca de 1 km. Metrô excelente a 800 metros. Alguns bons restaurantes próximos.

The hotel location is super convenient, right next to different transportation options. Plus, Retiro park is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is spotless and smells amazing. The staff is so nice and welcoming.

Llegamos casi de madrugada y se dieron prisa en entregarnos la habitación, fueron muy amables en la recepción nos recibieron nuestras cosas y las habitaciones muy limpias, es lindo el hotel, bien ubicado y el personal y la comida del restaurante excelente.

ik verblijf er elke zomer een paar daagjes als door reis… leuke plekje, beleefde personeel. gewoon spijtig van de werken dat er buiten gebeuren.. soms storend..

Hotel war soweit alles in Ordnung, dumm war nur das neben dem Hotel eine grosse Baustelle ist. Ansonsten ein schönes Hotel.

We had wonderful stay at hotel Claridge Madrid staff was friendly and very helpful hotel is nice and clean and has good food, room has coffee and tea available included with your stay and mini fridge but you have to buy water and other items in mini fridge . I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Very nice hotel and good rate for what you get. Hotel has a very private feel and has your own small hallway to your door. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very close to the metro (bus and subway) and has some pretty good food options near it (think small cafes and quick eats). Not right in central Madrid but very well connected. About 15-20 min train ride to Plaza Mayor.
