Overall it is good for family travel. We ware satisfied.

reception desk에 있던 아주머니가 헤글리공원에 간다고 하니 지도에 표시를 하며 걸어서 20분 정도 갈린다고 친절히 안내해 주셨고 주차공간도 충분했습니다. 이층에 위치한 방에 투숙했는데 2층방으로 아랫층은 거실과 간단한 주방설비가 있고 이층은 침대가 있는 분리된 공간이어서 좋았습니다. 가격 대비 좋습니다.ㅣ

방도 깨끗하고 크기도 크고 위치도 주요 크라이스트 처치 관광포인트에 접근하기 좋았어요. 모든 면에서 만족

주차도 건물 바로 앞에 할 수 있었고 주인분도 매우 친절하셨습니다. 무엇보다 굉장히 깨끗해서 만족도가 높은 곳이었습니다.

모텔치고는 생각보다 깨끗하고 시설관리가 잘되는 듯합니다. 매우 친절하고 좋은 모텔입니다. 추천합니다.

I am Korea traveller and stayed one night. I became to know why they got 5 star qualified. [Cons] 1. Electric pot is showing some water leak. but it was not critical issue. [Pros] 1. It is very important to provide comportable feeling for stranger from different cultures. This motel has a lovely homely feel to it because kindness and gentleness of beatiful motel lady :-) 2. Can go to Canterbury Museum and Hagley Park by 5~10 minutes walking. (The museum is sightworthy than my expectation!!) 3. They attached memo kindly for late check in. I took a bus from Tekapo lake to Christchurch. but the bus arrived late at Christchurch. (3 hours). Therefore I could reach this motel at twelve at night. but no problem to enter into our room although reception was closed. [Overall] I strongly recommend to stay here if you visit Christchurch. Don't stay another hotel near by air port. this hotel cna book a taxi with 30 NZW for airport delivery. I WILL STAY ONE MORE NIGHT IF I KNEW IT BEFORE BO0OKING ANOTHER MOTEL NEAR BY AIR PORT.

Good roomy and comfortable hotel. A bit of a walk to the centre of town but close to restaurants and some key sights.

On booking confirmation.it was noted that a king bed had been confirmed so we contacted the motel two weeks prior to arrival to request a change to twin beds. This was confirmed albeit seemed to be done grudgingly. When we arrived early, they were happy to store our bags. When we came back later in the day,we were not particularly warmly welcomed. They were not helpful with bus services or means of transport to airport or railway station. The room was spacious however a large sofa did dominate the area where the outside patio was accessed. Although the water pressure was wonderful, the shower box was made smaller due to shelving on one wall. Our last service did not replace condiments or toilet paper or the face flannels. The TV service was appreciated. The room was clean and tidy and within walking distance of central city.

setting of the Motel very good close to my training course. parking assessable clean and tidy, found construction work next door noisy during the day but nighttime was good. nighttime very well lit up. Staff very friendly and approachable, able to give good information.

The property is dated but it was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great location, large comfortable room. Well stocked kitchenette. Only downside was wifi kept going in and out. And there was no a/c or fan.

The location was great. Check in was good and easy , free parking. Beds were really comfortable. The apartment was a little bit outdated but had everything we needed.
