생모리츠 역에서 걸어오기도 멀지 않고, 포스트 버스를 이용해도 정류장과 멀지 않아서 너무 좋아요. 호텔이 고급스럽고, 방이 너무 예쁩니다. 발코니에 의자와 테이블이 있어서 아침 저녁으로 호수와 설산을 보며 차 한잔 하기 너무 좋아요. 조식도 훌륭합니다!

위치 깨끗함 전체적으로 최고 !! 하지만 이곳에 꼭 숙박해야할 이유는 조식뷔페에서 먹는 수제 오믈렛 !!!!! 아저씨가 해주시는 오믈렛 맛이 여행내내 입안에 맴돕니다...

Quarto clássico, confortável, amplo, claro, arejado, limpo, com ótima vista e banheiro muito bom.

Adorei o hotel, desde limpeza e comida ate a localização incrível.

Todo, ubicación céntrica, con vistas al lago, personal muy amable, traslado gratuito de la estación al hotel, el desayuno incluido está delicioso, bares dentro del hotel así no sales al frío en la noche, (el ruido no llega a las habitaciónes) definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme ahí

Desayuno poca calidad , servicio pesimo cafe fatal adi como el pan lo Unico rico el croissant . La Habitacion Hermosa la mejor vista pero Muy mal sus camaristas groseras y gritonas parece que trabajan en un mercado Y eso si mucho tiempo para asear habitacion pero si bueno para estar hablando mal de su trabajo y perder tiempo . Recepcion tambien sin importar huesped . Recomiendo si te dan habitacion 501 una vista maravillosa lo demas fatal feo feo feo

Amazing stay! Staff were very attentive and polite! Restaurants inside were delicious. Perfect walking distance from everything.

This is a very old hotel, small rooms. Only two restaurants are open, and they were understaffed. Breakfast was very basic, but it was good. We had one dinner in the dining room and it was not worth the price. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a very nice lake and Mountain View.

荷物が多かったので送迎してもらえて助かりました。立地も便利な場所で、ホテルは清潔でパスタブも広くリラックスできました。サウナも良かった！ 朝食も種類が豊富で盛り付けも美しくどれも美味しかったです。 レストランの雰囲気も最高でした。 スタッフの方々も皆さん優しくて、宿泊日が夫の誕生日である事を伝えたら当日、名前入りのトブラローネをプレゼントしてくれました。 とても良い思い出になりました。 ありがとうございました。

Hotel antigo com mobiliários do quarto também antigos. Café da manhã razoável, nada demais. Poderia ser melhor. Funcionários do café da manhã muito chatos, a exceção do rapaz que faz os ovos/omeletes. Rapaz da recepção muito solicito e gentil.

Hotel storico di charme. Camere rinnovate (anche se i bagni richiedono ancora qualche intervento, come i miscelatori). Ottima soluzione in centro paese

We had such a pleasant experience here. I celebrated my birthday with family and we all loved the location and amenities of this hotel. The staff was amazing I want to thank everyone for the kindness and support

Overall the property is good. Not sure the value proposition was met given the cost.. My room heating system failed so it was always too warm. I had to open the window. I reported the problem but was not offered another room. Room was not as nice as photos or the description. Views from the room were amazing. Ski related amenities are great. Location is perfect. Great breakfast buffet.

Aside from the hotel being beautiful and having an old, classic charm to it, our stay was made much more pleasant by Giulia at the front desk. She took such good care of us and really made the experience much better. She helped us find restaurants to visit and gave us many suggestions for things to do.
