Lovely boutique hotel in suburban CT.

Very comfortable room and comfy bed and linens. Restaurant is also great. Fitness center has brand new, upgraded equipment.

This was a little hidden gem. Hotel was goegeous, such a vibe. Staff was incredible. On site dining 10/10. Every member of the staff was accommodating, friendly and polite.

The design of this hotel is beautiful, and despite being on the main road it was quiet inside the property. The windows in the breakfast room on the river side are in need of cleaning (lots of algae growing) and there were no dairy-free options at breakfast. The trash bin at breakfast was overflowing and right in the middle of the room which was strange. I didn’t mind hearing the train from our room and slept really well. I did notice the bathroom counter was dusty (maybe from the vents? I’m sure the cleaners wouldn’t leave it like that) but it felt clean otherwise. There was only one person at the desk when we checked in, she was on the phone talking about room pricing to a potential customer, and we had to wait in a line for a while until we were able to check in. I think paying customers should take precedence.

Friendly staff, the aesthetic: A++, comfortable bed, Kohler, Malin+Goetz, continental breakfast, coffee/tea out till noon, relaxing roof top area. What more do you need?

We really enjoyed our stay at The Watershed. It is a beautiful hotel with big, clean rooms and a unique layout and original classy finishes. The staff is exceptional, friendly, and helpful in every way. They actually greet you when entering the hotel and everyone was so nice. Unfortunately, the only reason I'm not giving a perfect score is because we were there when a wedding party was staying at the hotel and they were incredibly rude and out of control. We were up until 3am dealing with their loud drunk behavior. There is no reason for people to get so drunk and act so out of control. This could happen anywhere so not the fault of the hotel but I wish they had signs reminding the wedding party to act appropriately while people are sleeping. Also be careful of the main road in front of the hotel. It is a major highway and people drive much faster than they should. We were walking our dog on the sidewalk and a car skidded against the the curb right next to us. Very scary.

The decor was elevated with natural finishes and modern touch!

My sister and I met half way between our residences for my sisters 75 birthday. It was the perfect stay. Our only disappointment was the expense at the nearby beach. Norwalk is not non resident friendly. 70 dollars to use the beach is crazy. It has nothing to do with our great stay but it discourages us from revisiting.

Very nice stay. Fully updated and beautifully decorated hotel. Free continental breakfast and parking. Would definitely recommend.

Best hotel in Norwalk. Rooms nice but loud from trains, hallways and front lobby. Sound really travels in this hotel. Restaurant was very good also.

First time staying here. Arrived late at night so did not see the grounds. Great location, easy access to highways. Entire property was clean and looked quite new. Fairly priced for southern CT. Would stay here again.

Breakfast assolutamente jnadeguato agli standard americani Zero uova-salsicce- formaggi. Bustine di oatmeal ma per il latte caldo si portano via la tazza e la riportano dopo 15 minuti! Peccato zero croissant o torte...

Good dinner at the inhouse restaurant and very nice barmaid at the bar where I had my dinner. Parking was easy as well.
