가족여행으로 3박 4일을 보냈어요. 위치, 룸, 조식은 기본이고 친절하고 따뜻한 분위기를 느끼며 즐겁게 지내다 갑니다. 겨울의 쾰른의 차가움도 호텔에서는 훈훈함에 모두 녹았습니다. 쾰른에 다시 가면 당연히 이 호텔에 묶을 생각입니다. 가족에게 물어봐도 같은 의견이고요.아들이 단하나 와이파이가 약하다고 한마디하네요.

it is a Small Hotel with 4floor, but very clean hotel, very kind staff, Convenient transportation is good. Acually breakfast is very nice. if you make a reservation for this hotel, hotel send to letter with map before 2~3day for your schedule how to find the hotel. if you arrve the hotel after 18:00, you must to read the letter because of passward of hotel door. weakness : no Elevator. single bed is very small.

쾰른 중앙역과 가까워 위치적으로 최상입니다. 프론트 직원들은 아주 친절합니다. 객실 상태도 우수하였으며 간단히 먹을 수 있는 조식도 좋습니다.

사전에 도착 예정시간 부터, 상주직원 퇴근 후 체크인 시 숙지사항 등 자세히 이메일로 알려주었고 세세한 부분까지 친절하게 설명 잘 해주셔서 정말 좋았습니다, 큰 호텔들처럼 밴딩머신이나 얼음 기계 다른 편의시설이 딸려있지는 않았지만, 궃이 필요없는 분들은 방 상태, 위치, 직원분들 친절하신거 만으로도 충분히 만족스러울거라 생각합니다. 아침식사는 깔끔하고 심플해요. 아침부터 헤비하게 소세지 햄 많이 드시는 분들은 아마.. 불만족 스러우실지도 몰라요. 저한테는 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶습니다

스텝들도 친절하고 무엇보다 위치가 환상적입니다. 특히 쾰른 성당이 숙소에서 바로 보입니다. 단 차를 가지고 가시면 주차비가 좀 많이 듭니다.

매우 친절하고, 음식도 맛있습니다. 다음 여행에도 다시 방문할 예정입니다.

Klein, aber fein. Super sympathische Menschen und ein liebevolles Frühstück, das jedes 5*-Hotel in den Schatten stellt. Mein Zimmer zum Innenhof war herrlich ruhig und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert.

Tolles kleines schickes modernes Hotel, mit einem kleinen leckeren Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl. Immer wieder gern, wenn wir Köln besuchen.

Das Zimmer verdient keinen Preis, ist eher Durchschnitt, aber das Frühstück war der absolute Hammer! Personal auch super nett.

Great central hotel with really helpful staff, would highly recommend

We loved our stay at Stern am Rathaus. Andy, Francisco, and Kai were very nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. On our first day, Andy went above and beyond to give us some great recommendations on things to do around Köln. The entire staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was great, location was GREAT! Will be staying here again on our next stay.

Great location, lovely room, wonderful breakfast, and a fantastic staff that went above and beyond to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back.

What a truly exceptional hotel! You can tell what pride the staff take in making their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Francisco especially went out of his way to give recommendations and help with all aspects of my stay. Great location, an easy 5-minute walk to the main train station and cathedral (thanks to clear instructions provided by the hotel in advance). The rooms are cozy, very clean, and very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet is the best I had on my multi-city trip! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

My stay here was delight from start to finish. All of the members of staff I interacted with we exceptionally friendly and kind, the breakfast in the mornings was varied and excellent all around, the room was well equipped and perfect for one person. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located to the main train station and key sights in the city. Can only highly recommend if you are going to be in Köln!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Cologne. We stayed in the family apartment. It was perfect for our family of four. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. Also, the breakfast is to die for!

Ingmar was an awesome host. He offered us help, advice and useful tips for visiting the city. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. We loved our stay!
