Great front desk staff

I stay here every time I’m in town for business in the surrounding areas

Nice clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Laundry access. Good location on US Hwy 2, very near HAMC complex.

Did not clean our room the whole week.

It is a small town, only two hotels. It was a quiet place and the room was clean.

Rooms are a little too expensive

Very nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable after a long drive from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. I travelled with my dog. I wish that the room was on the main floor for those who have dogs. I was at the second floor and there was no elevator. The only issue was the coffee maker. There was dirty water (staled water) in the coffee machine in the room.

Comfortable

The stay was very good. The only issue I noted was that the back entry door did not function well, or lock as it was supposed to.

I have stayed here several times over the last couple years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is always clean and the beds are comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Passing through so just a single night stay. Was sent a text to my phone by the property earlier in the day to do an early check in which is handy. When I arrived all I had to do was give my name and I was handed the room keys. Only staff member I encountered was the person at the desk who gave me the key, they were polite and quick. Room was clean, everything worked. Only one thing that may be a negative to some is walls are a little thin. Could here people in room above move about. This only being mentioned to alert others who may have issues with this, not a big deal for me and I’d stay here again for sure.

Great staff and a quiet little getaway

No elevator although the building has only 2 floors. Little cumbersome to have to drag my bags up steps myself.

All was great. Surrounding area a bit unexciting, but inside all was fine.

Can walk to museum and restaurants..

Always a great stay while working in the area

After a long drive from Manatoba, Canada it was nice to find a place to stay offering handicap rooms and a breakfast in the morning.
