I was not use to give feed back either its good or bad,for a reason that it doesn't matter. But, with what I've experienced now I have a need to give a feed back for how the property approach us for a reason that they are fully booked and telling me that its not their fault for accepting our booking. Rude approach and doesn't offer or suggest a help for us.

Staffs very nice. Room had insects. Linens not clean and towels
