Nice quiet area with outside courtyard

Great place

The room was nice, but had an odd smell to it. Had to get an air freshener to freshen it up. It is also listed as breakfast included. There is no hot food besides bagels and toast (if their stocked- same for drinks). We stayed for 4 nights and each day the quantity of the "breakfast" got less and less. We would have been fine planning to get our own food, etc if it hadn't been advertised that there was breakfast or if both of our stove burners in the room worked.. The pool was also chilly for younger kids. Probably won't stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay, kids loved the pool. Beds were comfortable.

Friendly curtious staff

Felt very uneasy seeing a Tattooed man with Bear cans sleepin in the stairs one doorway away from where my family of 7 stayed. Between two families I traveled with we all Checked into a dirty rooms. Boogers on the wall. Trash and stains inside pull out couch. Kitchen utensils unusable. Broken kurig in room. Room key stopped workin daily. Housecleaning unavailable every day. Had to go down to front desk to borrow their vacuum to do my own cleaning since I have toddlers. The only thing I enjoyed was the two bright smiles from the two front desk ladies. I have stayed with mainstay in the past, considered it a safe and affordable Choice. I will never again choose them for my family travels.

Great price, as we had 4 guys on a work related trip! Very convenient as well!

Eva was especially helpful and very pleasant and professional checking in. The transport driver was very friendly and helpful as well.

Slept comfortably like I was at home. Forgot I was staying somewhere.

No hot breakfast, not suitable for family having younger kids.

Really appreciate the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport Otherwise, it would be a challenge to get around as the airport has no amenities within miles.

They don’t have good parking here. The room was real nice but the beds were uncomfortable. Seems like that’s everywhere though. Overall it was a nice hotel

We stopped to visit Mount Rushmore on our trip and this was a good location with a clean pool and friendly staff

Never got what I paid for

Staff was very unprofessional and not accomodating to any needs. Our ice machine was not working in the room and we asked Emily for ice and she lied and said they did not have any. Our other family that we were with had gotten ice since theirs was not working either from the check in lady that was working before Emily. We were in town for basketball and emily wouldn't change the lobby tv that no one was watching to PBS so we could watch the game. Emily was more concerned with her dog that she brought to work than the guests that were there. She took many breaks and went outside with her dog often. At breakfast, all the bagels were old and dried out. The breakfast selection was not very good either. Very minimal and all sugary options.
