Tutto perfetto. Tutti bravissimi e gentilissimi. Yahia Ramadan, il manager, bravissimo, sempre pronto a risolverti i problemi ed aiutare gli ospiti. La cucina buona ma non eccezionale. Sempre le stesse cose tutti i giorni. L'unica vera pecca le escursioni con il diving: attenti al fotografo, si fa pagare e poi ti manda foto di altre persone e non le tue e comunque non quanto concordato. Spesa da evitare. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Gerçekten her detayıyla Şarm’da kaldığım en iyi oteldi.Yemekleri,kokteylleri her şeyi çok iyiydi.Özellikle Bar&Resepsiyondaki Muhammet,her türlü kokteyl bilgisi mevcut ve oldukça iyi yapıyor.Şarm da kalabileceğiniz en iyi otel.

5 kuzen yaptığımız en güzel tatil olabilir. Yemekleriyle, çalışanları ve temizliği ile hepimiz için çok rahat ve unutulmaz bir tatil oldu. Yemekler baharatlı diyenler olmuş ama bizim damat tadımıza uymayan tadlar degil kesinlikle ve o kadar çok çeşit var ki illaki kendinize göre bir şeyler buluyorsunuz. Personelin kibarlığı ve yardımseverliklerine diyecek hiç bir söz yok sanırım aşırı işgili ve yardımcılar her konuda. Otel havuzları yeterli ve kullanışlı. Deniz zaten olağanüstü. Havalimanından da ulaşım basit ve ucuz her yere taksi ile 10-15 dk içerisinde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Tekrar gelmeyi dört gözle bekliyoruz.

Incredible staff and service levels and the renovated rooms were good quality.

First of all the front desk was helpful but I didn’t get the room I requested The room service was not good because they expect daily tips more than once they switched out the air conditioner, they give not so clean towels. The guy working in the game room told us to leave if child less than 18 years old but i saw many under age The bartender was very rude to my wife Someone take my towels at the beach but they did not help I do not recommend this hotel

Ottima posizione dell’hotel, personale gentile e disponibile, cibo ok (ovviamente non aspettatevi la cucina italiana). Unico appunto che avevo fatto anche lo scorso anno, dovrebbero far pagare un sovrapprezzo per tutti quei MALEDUCATI (e sono buono) che prendono cibo per un esercito di persone, mangiano qualcosa e il resto lo lasciano sul tavolo. Cibo che ovviamente finisce nella spazzatura. Ovviamente la prima colpa è dei RITARDATI che si comportano così, ma anche l’hotel potrebbe prendere dei provvedimenti, sia per rispetto di chi quel cibo lo prepara, sia per rispetto di chi quel cibo può solo sognarlo. Ripeto, ai turisti che si comportano così: MALEDUCATI RITARDATI

İlk defa şarm a gittik korka korka gittik ama otel çalışanları çok yardımcı oluyor. Yemekleri ise gayet iyi olduğunu düşünüyorum. Izgaraları çok iyi pizzaları çok iyi genel olarak yemekleri ve temizlikleri gayet iyi .

Avoid it, very dated hotel with same price range as other much better choices.

The staff are super nice specially leisa the guest relation she was very helpful , mr Ahmad too was so helpful , but one comment the WiFi is really bad and the electric car service is bad , other things were great Thank you so much

È STATO TUTTO QUASI PERFETTO ,C'È QUALCHE PICCOLO MIGLIORAMENTO DA APPORTARE PERÒ TUTTO sommato siamo stati bene gli imprevisti sono stati risolti lo staff quasi sempre gentile l'animazione ottima il cibo discreto con tante varianti quindi ci riteniamo soddisfatti

From the very first minute at check in the stay at the hotel was outlined. Reception staff and porters were very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms in zone 7 were fantastic. Cleaners were very attentive at all times. The pool area was great as was the barman. The beach was also fantastic. The animation team, food and bar were all excellent. Lets get onto the food. The buffet which was available at all times had varied options for all. The al acarte restaurants were fabulous. In particular the asian. We were in this one a number of times during our 13 night stay. The guest relations were brilliant again nothing was to much trouble. Not that we had any real problems. All in all i would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back. Many thanks Kev, Deb, Dave and Sharon.

Camere nuove e belle servizio ristorante buono cibo accettabile ma ripetitivo

Villaggio stupendo animazione fantastica, camere nuovissime e ben ristrutturare, punto mare ottimo e cibo nella media. Migliorerei la varietà del cibo e il modo di fare la pasta ma comunque per il resto veramente contento e soddisfatto, tornerò.

La piscina piacevole. Camere pulite e personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Personalen gav underbar service! 11/10 till dem. Rummen var väldigt fräscha och moderna och hotellet är väldigt stort med flera pooler, strandplatser, aktiviteter och shower.

De kamer was netjes en telkens heel origineel versierd met speciaal gevouwen handdoeken in de vorm van dieren. Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk. Het buffet was heerlijk. Het resort was verzorgd, groen en de zwembaden heel netjes. De onmiddellijke toegang tot het strand was ook een absolute plus.

The room where clean and the staff is really friendly and also available 24/7 , the amenities are top notch and food also is good. The WiFi is terrible.
