It was ok to stay. Small room but clean, nice breakfast

Bathroom was not well maintained.

I was on a business trip, very comfortable stay, my room was spotless, with fresh linens and housekeeping was very attentive. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. The breakfast at the Tea Lounge is excellent, with a generous and varied buffet featuring South Indian, North Indian, and continental options. The location was very convenient, situated in Goregaon West close to several corporate and IT hubs, making commuting easy and efficient.

Breakfast buffet was ok. Dinner buffet was poor. Bathroom - shower area drain was clogged so water accumulated while showering. Shower itself was poor - if you wanted hot water you had to sacrifice water pressure. Staff was polite and responsive. Room was comfortable. Would have been useful if electrical outlets supported western style plugs as well.

It was overall a good trip, only morning room service spoilt the mood by his service....

Mr Prakash Executive Housekeeper and his entire team including the front desk team and the restaurant servers were extremely helpful. I would recommend strongly this property for a comfortable stay; added advantage is that it near to the airport

Prompt and courteous service with smile.

It was a very good experience. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is well maintained. The staff accommodated all our requests with a smile.

Not so great experience. The hotel is converted from an apartment building. Doesnt feels like a hotel. Cleanliness issues as well. No Gym, No Business Center.

I never stayed in any hotel like this. This is worst experience ever I had. They don’t even have enough pillows. Tv is broken. Remote is not working. WiFi is not working. How can all the items are faulty. This is one start hotel

Good clean and tidy room and ambience

This was our second time at Residency Sarovar Portico Mumbai. It’s a great and clean property but what stands out is the staff friendliness, co-operation and their willingness to go beyond for you. Our breakfast was arranged at 6:30 am as we had to leave early for the two days.

In my opinion the hotel is overpriced. Rooms are small. The rooms did not carry a dental kit ( Tooth paste + Brush)

Hotel rooms were good and were clean. Limited dining options in the hotel

Bad housekeeping . Room was not cleaned after reminders . Front desk staff was not cooperative .

Please give the upgrades to business travelers, so they can come back to stay again with you

Ac did not work, allotted different room after but each time we called reception did not respond. For everything we had to go personally to reception as they will never answer any calls. 3 people at desk not helpful and very rude to my father. They also did not care how many times you go, they give you same answer and upon saying that will leave a review. The manager said, do as you please. Such a shame, this was disrespectful and hopeless experience
