I stayed there only oneday after business work in ploiesti. I didn't imagine that room would be wonderful cause company usually arrange cheapest room for business trip. But, hotel upgrade my room even though I stayed oneday and it was first time for 'Golden time'. Hotel location is little far from downtown. But it still located near a piate unili. If I go to romania again, the choice will be this 'golden time'.

Personalen i receptionen var överlag opersonliga, ja rent av kyliga. Vi kände oss inte välkomna. Möbleringen på rummet innebar att det var för smalt att gå fram till ena bädden. Ett gemensamt för smalt täcke, vilket gjorde att vi måste ligga nära mitten båda två. Vad är nyttan med en queensäng då? Alltid bättre med var sitt täcke. Frukostpersonalen betedde sig märkligt. De stod som vakter och tittade på oss när vi åt. Obehagligt. Vi bytte till annat hotell för fortsatt vistelse i Brasov.

Very pleasant stay. The comfortable bed. Exemplary cleaning. What bothered me is the fact that for a 4-star hotel I did not find coffee in the room!

First of all, I thank ALL the staff at the hotel for helping make my husbands birthday special. They placed a bottle of sparkling wine in his room. They gave him a cake slice in the restaurant and accommodated our reservation request. The room was clean and spacious. Parking was easy. The issue was the bed. For the suite, it should have a nicer bed. This was an old bed that sunk in the middle. It was not comfortable to sleep at night for our back and the room was also hot. The air conditioner did not work. The location is far from Old Town but still better for parking and driving to Bran Castle and Peleş castle. The food is delicious in their restaurant and the wine is also VERY good. The staff did everything positive and would help as much as possible. It is an older hotel but the staff and owners make it a very happy stay. The bed was the main issue for paying extra for the suite.

I wouldn’t rate that hotel with 4* maybe 3*** would be fine.Basic breakfast,coffee machine was in some way working,not many options for a family with a child.
