숙소들어오는 입구에서 개별 별장처럼 생긴 건물들 지나쳐서 안쪽으로 좀더 들어 오셔야 되요 나무 원목 집 찾으시면 되요 체크인 해주시는분이 안계셔요 전화로 하셔야 됩니다 영어 능숙하게 못하시는 분들은 조금 어려우실수 있어요 상담해주시는 분들이랑 숙소에 일하시는 분들이 영어를 잘 못하십니다 호텔 예약할때 프린트 꼭 해가세요 부킹번호 꼭 확인하시고 물어봅니다 숙소 예약한곳 사이트도 알려주시면 더 확인할때 좋아요 저희는 영어가 미숙하여 말도 안통하고 예약한 사이트 서로 다르게 알고 있어 부킹번호 안맞다는 말만 하고 전화를 안받아 전화걸고 받고 해서 한시간 넘게 기다렸습니다 전화를 일단 잘 안받습니다 피하는건지 숙소안은 깔끔합니다 숙소에서 오로라 헌팅하러 나가 구경하기도 좋은 위치 인거 같습니다 주변이 어두워서.. 다른 외국인들도 체크인 할려고 전화연결 한참 기다렸네요 체크인 되면 상담원이 몇호 인지 방 비번 알려줍니다 비번 치면 열쇠나와요 체크아웃할때 키 반납하는곳 따로 있어서 거기 넣고 오시면 됩니다

멋진 통나무집. 주변이 맑고 탁트인 시야. 가까이에 유명폭포. 음식을 차려주시는 분들이 너무 어색.

정말깔끔하고 잘되있어요. 조식먹다가 배터질뻔했습니다

평점에 비해 숙박 시설은 좋았습니다. 나무 느낌의 집도 좋았고 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다.

통나무로지어진호텔이고 주변 환경도 한폭의 수채화같은 풍경이라 매우 좋았습니다.조식도 깔끔하고 맛있게 먹었습니다.

산장 분위기의 조영한 곳 현대식 건물이 아닌 목조 건물의 색다른 체험

깨끗하고 아늑한 방. 조금 좁지만 최고의 전망. 떠나고 싶지 않을 만큼 아름다운 곳에 위치. 1층에 묵었는데 층간소음으로 조금 불편했다. 가능하다면 위층 추천. 통나무집이라 조금만 걸어도 위층에서 들리는 소음이 크다.

2층 침실을 사용했는데, 실내에 먼지가 좀 많고 천장이 낮아서 조금 불편했습니다. 취사가 불가능하여, 라면이나 즉석 요리 정도만 가능했구요. 다만, 위 2가지 외에 산 밑에 위치하여 산장같은 느낌을 받을 수 있고, 야외 bath tub 에서 언제든지 온천욕을 즐길 수 있다는 점은 매우 좋았습니다.

우리 나라에 있는 산장 같은 느낌의 호텔이었어요. 아이슬란드 물가가 워낙 비싸서 그런지 아침이 화려한 편은 아니었지만 찾아가기도 좋고(도로변에 안내 이정표가 있었음) 객실도 상당히 넓고 불편함 없이 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 주변 경치가 좋아서 호텔이 더 맘에 들었어요.

위치가 외딴 곳에 동떨어져 있는데요...그래서 풍광은 더 멋있었어요. 새벽에 호텔 앞으로 나가보시는 것을 추천! 1층에 있는 방을 배정받아서 좀 불만이었는데, 예약할 때 미리 2층을 원한다고 말씀하시는 게 좋을듯. 조식은 크게 기대하지 않는 게 좋으실 것 같고. 다만 무료 커피머신이 있어서 24시간 사용할 수 있도록 해두었어요. 커피 편하게 많이 마셨어요.

Beautiful location and a cozy lodge-like atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing! However , it appears that the rooms are new- the tv in the room didn’t work (not hooked up to the router?), the shower water temperature fluctuated between very hot and very cold - only the handheld shower head worked. The location does not have on-site management, which was a surprise - you call the management company to receive a code.

Det lå skønt , men der var forlagt til indkøb og evt spisesteder. Den først dag var der tallerkner og bestik man kunne låne. 2 dagen var alt låst væk, så lidt svært at spise vores indkøbt mad som vi skulle varme i mikro ovnen. Nå man bor i bjergene lidt tilbage fra alting forventer man udsigt, vores var et lille trekantet vindue med udsigt til et tag og intet andet. Vi skulle kravle rundt i værelset pga skrå tag. Men vi havde eget bad og toilet og det var dejligt. Morgen maden var ok, meget til den søde tand nærmest intet til den sunde. Desværre. Men fantastisk mange oplevelser i nærheden. Og vi fik set Nordlys lige uden for døren og det var alt vær

Check-in process was difficult, the property did not provide a code 24hrs prior to arrival as stated in their check-in instructions, the lobby phone was not working, and there was no wifi at the hotel. We had to turn on cellular data to contact the hotel directly, and despite asking for assistance with the wifi twice we received no response from the property. The television in our room was also not working and the garbage hadn’t been emptied prior to our arrival. The room had a smell, so we had to keep our windows open all night. The property looks like it has excellent potential, located in a very picturesque spot, and perhaps if we visited during prime tourist season our experience would have been different, but for the price we paid we were fairly disappointed with our stay.

I have to say that the building and its location are just beautiful! Our room had very low ceilings and getting to the bed I had to bend over and cracked my head a couple times! But I'm sure that's not the case in every room. The only other thing was that the breakfast was nice, but the eating space was very tight for the number of people.

This place is fine. It's not a good value- small rooms, no amenities, not much nearby, no toiletries aside from a shampoo/body wash bottle. The location is beautiful, surrounded by scenery. We were nervous about check-in but emailed the host in advance and received the info needed. Housekeeping walked in on us a day before check out, they need to do a better job of keeping track of guests coming and going. There's water and coffee available at all times in the breakfast area which was great, we never felt unsafe, the area was quiet but the walls inside were thin. Staff was obnoxious while doing their cleaning. Stay here if nothing else is available, otherwise look closer to Vik or for an actual hotel.

The setting in the mountains was beautiful. While the room was adorable, quite unique, the beam in the ceiling of the room was quite low. I hit my head on it a few times!

This was a great place to relax after a day of hiking! Appreciated the hot tub

The building is unique and very comfortable, the location was a bit hard to find in the dark but easy to get to and the roads were in good shape. The service was substandard, especially the breakfast room and staff. Breakfast was from 8am to 10am but they closed down and did not replenish the breakfast after 9am so if you are late then you are out of luck. The hot tub was luke warm and the bathroom by the hot tub was out of toilet paper which was very inconvenient. For the price there is better out there.

The property was in an isolated beautiful place. It needs some updating. The bathroom was outdated and it smelled like sewerage.
