Excellent value for money. Would benefit from a little bit of maintenance around the grounds and shabby chic makeover to improve rating. Very comfortable for an overnight or extended stay

Cottage is excellent but needs a makeup mirror on right hand side near bathroom sink

It was nice to have our own space with a washing machine but the house was tired.the bed was comfortable. We had to clean the outside table before we could sit down. For an older couple the bath/shower would be hard to get out of as it was high

Aly's was clean & comfy enough, it was like stepping back in time.

We arrived with the outside air temperature around 50°C and the house temperature similar. The air cooling system quickly had the house temperature comfortable. A great plus for us at that time. Overall the house was fit for purpose for our overnight stay. It is not pretending to be a 5 star resort but a bit more TLC wouldn't go astray.

Not the nicest part of town, and the property is of an older vintage, but it's more than adequate for a night or two.

Great little cottage. Though not so small as you might think because it has three bedrooms, lounge dining room and kitchen. Some parts, mainly the kitchen and bathroom, could do with some attention, but on the whole great value. Would be great for a family.

This place is amazing, soo much room for a very reasonable price. Very well stocked. Loved the huge gas heater, kept us toasty warm on a cold night.

Just needed space and quiet. Good old cottage feel.

What a beautiful cottage. Very clean and tidy with all the facilities like a home away from home. Great for families with plenty of space for the kids to play outside. Best of all it is affordable! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Quaint little miners cottage at the edge of town. Well equipped and certainly full of character.
